I called McDonald Ceilings with an initial enquiry and spoke to Peter who was extremely helpful in assisting me. We had just moved in to new offices and needed to match to existing tiles and quite frankly wouldn't have known where to start without the helpful advise offered to us.

Once we knew what we needed, we ordered online. The process was simple and straightforward. We took receipt of the goods within days. We also received a copy of the VAT invoice without having to chase! All in all - great service.

The Website was easy to use, placing the order was straightforward using their Ceiling Calculator and was delivered in three days.
This is the sort of service which is lacking in so many online companies, I would make McDonald Ceilings my first port of call when we require more ceiling tiles.

Following a flooding disaster at work, I needed the exact same ceiling tiles as we already had and needed then quickly. I went onto McDonald ceiling tiles website and found what I needed immediately, good pictures and sizing to an easy to navigate basket. I received the tiles 2 days later and am delighted with the service from the website right through to delivery. I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again. 5 Stars

We were desperate to renew the bar ceiling at our football club and contacted numerous local suppliers and contractors for a quotation for supply only and supply and fit.
There appeared to be a large difference in the prices we recieved.
Not knowing the going rate for this type of work and in view of the vast differences in price I went on line and rang McDonald Ceilings for a supply only quotation. Ater a brief chat to there sales person and some advice on fittings and quantities required, I downloaded there price lists and fitting instruction and promptly ordered our requirements on a debit card, the delivery arrived exactly as stated, the materials cost us less than £250 and we had quotes in excess of £750 supply only. With the on line instruction and advise we fitted the suspended ceiling ourselves which is looking great and are now planning to do the the remainder of the clubhouse.
Very impressive service for such a small order, and we will have no hesitation in using McDonald Ceilings for all our future requirements. Thank you all.

Sone of the bars were damaged on delivery but replaced immidiatley without question .......thank you.
