Teapot time…
I’ve not ordered from this company before but the service was excellent. My little yellow teapot, which I couldn’t find anywhere else, was delivered swiftly and very well packaged . Would highly recommended!

Wrong item initially sent but mistake was corrected.
I was initially sent the wrong item but McDougalls corrected this mistake immediately and provided me the correct item with no request for me to return the initial item. Very good customer service, going out their way to help.
