High quality, efficient and friendly!
McGowan Transcriptions produced very high quality interview transcriptions ahead of schedule. It was noticeable that the transcribers must have familiarised themselves with technical language and checked organisation names to provide such accurate transcripts where recording quality was sometimes low. Joe was also very patient and helpful when I made a mistake with uploading my files!
