Five star service
Five star service. Really professional and accurate transcriptions, incredibly fast and efficient turnaround and overall just lovely people to deal with throughout. It was really easy to do and required minimal input from us. They were really accomodating for all our requests, including some quite specific needs we had, and never made us feel like we were being difficult! I really can't recommend highly enough. We had tried other services and AI software but the results were unusable and a waste of money - investing in these guys is the best thing we ever did.
