Faultless service - thank you!
Faultless service! We had been doing film subtitling/closed captioning in house for many years, but due to expansion on a large project we needed to outsource. McGowan have been accommodating of our needs in terms of style, file type and delivery. Our material is not always the easiest to work with, and it is clear that the team of transcribers have completed additional research (geography, history, person names, song lyrics etc) in order to add extra context and accuracy to the transcriptions. The turnaround time is incredible and the office are communicative if there are ever any uncertainties. Above and beyond service, I can't fault them.

Simple and smooth upload and request process. All transcripts have been produced on time. Rarely find find errors of any significance. High confidence in accuracy. Would recommend users invest in a quality microphone as audio transcribers seem to complain about poor audio quality.
