Very quick service very helpful i bought a large xvi jacket slim fit had it back in 2 days was small fit as i put on weight i sent it back and they gave me size up and i just paid for return. All in all would definitly recomend

Happy with purchase but not with delivery communications
I was perfectly happy with my shoes when they arrived but not the communications about delivery. Having waiting at home for a Monday delivery which never happened I eventually discovered the following: Purchases made after 2pm on Friday will trigger an erroneous email stating a delivery time on the following Monday. Such purchases will not be delivered until Tuesday. Why are weekend purchasers not told this?

Customer service is spot on.
