The classes are excellent and convenient. With the two-year account, the cost is somewhat affordable.

I CANNOT CONNECT OR GET INTO ANY PART OF MCKISSOCK TO GET MY CONTINUING EDUCATION. HAVE CONTACTED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL CANNOT GET IN TO CLASSES. TIME IS RUNNING OUT! YOU AUTOMATICALLY TOOK THE MAXIMUM $$$ YOU COULD TAKE AT THE EARLIEST DATE THAT YOU COULD TAKE AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING.

Content was good, however Steve needs to learn how to turn the volume up on his computer! Today! he is soft spoken and it is important that we can hear him.

Based solely on the McKissock training, I passed on the first attempt the pre-registration exam required for PAREA acceptance with the Appraisal Institute. Today 4/30/25 my registration in PAREA is official. The quality of the McKissock training is invaluable in supporting the goals and objectives of an aspiring residential appraiser.

I had enrolled in a few classes, some of which were noted as "expired". But one had not expired yet. I logged in and went through the whole 7 hour course and passed the quizzes. When I tried to proceed to the final exam, a box popped up and said the course had expired. The course had never been opened before and their website states the courses are good for 2 years. I signed up late May of the prior year and their pop up said the course expired less than 3 months later. This is now April, 11 months later. This is bad business practice.

Every time I log on there's some kind of pop up constantly trying to sell me some type of membership. I know some people like that but I just want to be able to log in and buy my classes and log off. I'm a very busy person and a lot of times I'm on the go so I don't have time to X off all the pop-ups and locate classes. I'm not looking for a bundle or any type of deal I just need to be able to get on and buy the classes I need at that time and log off. It will help it when I log in maybe there were a link that would take let me straight to the available classes. That's the only time I really log on here. Please simplify the process and stop trying sell all the extras. 90% of people are on this site because they have to be to complete required training not because they want to be just make the process fast and seamless
