I fell for the membership scam which I…
I fell for the membership scam which I was led to believe was for 2 years at approximately $450. Turns out, now they tell me it was a 2 year commitment at $450 per year, so twice what I thought I would pay. Total scam. I also was completely mislead by the customer service rep on a phone call so it appears this is a company practice. STAY AWAY. There are far better options out there for a fair price.

Highly Recommend for Appraiser Certification
I’m thrilled to share that I officially passed my appraiser certification exam on the first try, and I can’t thank McKissock enough for their amazing resources! The McKissock Crammer was a game-changer. It was totally worth the fee. This feature takes practice tests and breaks them down by category and topic, allowing you to focus on your weaker areas and really target where improvement is needed.
Additionally, I joined their monthly appraiser training webinar twice, and it was fantastic! The live sessions were both informative and engaging, providing invaluable insights. Overall, McKissock provided all the tools I needed to succeed, and I highly recommend their courses for anyone looking to pass their appraiser certification exam!

This is the course you want!
The live online instructor course was amazing!
I also found the online self-paced course to be well put together with the colorful videos that I could pause and replay.
I’m currently taking the online version for another state through scholarship with a different school, and the online version is literally just all reading. There are no colorful photos, videos or anything. I didn’t know that before I chose that option. It’s been rough.

The course was easy to follow and provided a thorough review of the topics. One reccommendation would be to format the pop-out attachments as .pdf to eliminate the distortion that happens when trying to print the current files.

Poor Business Practices.
For what your company charges customers should be able to take their time with the course content. The fact that you close courses that haven’t been completed is poor business practice. I won’t be a returning customer.

I have used McKissock for over 10 years. It is affordable and gives me every credit I require to stay licensed. I have only encountered a couple courses i didn't like. I have found a couple answers I disagreed with and easily sent my disagreement to the instructor of that course. I have received satisfactory answers every time. That tells me they do pay attention. I can always take extra classes through this program or if my MLS offers them. The beauty is that the courses required to stay licensed are completed
