4 days for delivery was fine. Quality of product is poor.
Had 3 orders, First one was fine as it was slabs and aggregate.
2 orders of timber has been poor, split and damaged lengths that are conveniently stacked on the inside so as not to be seen on n delivery.

Recently visited to view their quickstep flooring samples after seeing on the quickstep site that they were stockists. When we entered showroom we could see their quickstep samples were covered in dust sheets so asked man behind counter if we could see them, he said unfortunately not as they were painting, I told him we were looking for 54 square metre so not a small area. He then went and spoke to manager who told him no they can't move dust sheets. Poor customer service and a lost sale.

We are very sorry to hear this - we did have painters in for 2 days last week renovating our showroom area and are very sorry this impeded your visit.
Unfortunately they were in middle of painting floor area when you visited so was temporarily very difficult to access the samples - we could have ordered you samples to your home so which i believe was discussed at the time - if there is anything at all we can still do to help, our flooring area is now repainted and fully accessible or please contact us as sales@mcnairs.co.uk if you wish pricing or samples sent out to save you another visit.

Was so easy to order online and was really quick at delivery. Even spoke to one of the assistant on the phone to add more material on to my order and done it no bother and got it loaded up on for my delivery that was coming the next day great service would definitely buy from them again

Ordered twice, both times Chris emailed promptly the following day to advise of delivery date/times. Different delivery driver on both occasions but very friendly guys and left equipment where I had asked. Would highly recommend, excellent customer service.
