Above and beyond!
I have used McNairs twice now for delivery of materials for a DIY patio.
Competitive prices and wide selection of supplies.
Great communication throughout with expected delivery dates and a text the evening before, to confirm lorry loaded.
Driver very helpful and respectful of property and neighbours.
(I also realise they corrected a minor error I had made when placing an online order which would have been a total faff for me to sort out - so many thanks for spotting that!)

The lady I spoke to on the phone, to confirm delivery of my order, was absolutely lovely. The delivery driver was very helpful and extremely friendly. Overall great experience with the Kirkintilloch depot.

1st class as always
1st class as always. McNairs is our goto place for outdoor work and some indoor. Efficient and friendly, experienced service in store and online, and a delivery of 8 large bags of hardcore sand and granite dust arrived a couple of hours after ordering. Why go anywhere else?

Ordered wood online and next day noticed I had made mistake got in touch to make changes and Kathleen sorted it for me she was so nice and helpful and patient the delivery was next day came when said it would got phone call 20 mins before order arrived and the price of the delivery is great too
