Fuss free installation of 2 x EV chargers. From initial contact McNally responded quickly and Dave provided a competitive quotation through to installation with Aaron and his team providing a professional installation and hand over. Job done.

Arrived on time as discussed. The engineer was very professional and polite and explained everything about the install. Showed a demonstration of the charger when completed and made sure everywhere was left tidy.

The two EV fitters who came to fit our EV and they were both a credit to the company McNally's, very polite and friendly and professional service done, we discussed how and where we wanted our EV fitted, both fitters were very clean and tidy in fitting our EV, so much we didn't know they were there, we even offered them refreshments, to which they declined, a 💯 %, Excellent service would definitely recommend McNally's, to friends and family, can't praise them enough, Stanley and Annette Anderson.

my ev charger not only did they rush, they left a real mess inside and out
They left the box for the
Charger but bits of wire
Screws etc, when they finished my local council
Senior electrician came to examine there work and said they would not pass it ,so they have to come back 17/01/24

heater who fitted my mother's ev charger and the guy fitted it got rid of all the packaging and brushed up inside and out and did a profession
Al job, remember you are the customer so if you lease electric tell motobility you do not want mcnally Yorkshire to fit your ev charger,
If you want pictures of the mess they left my bungalow in I have lots of pics.

In July I booked McNally to supply and fit a Zappi charger and an additional battery for my Solax system (new February 2023), which already had two batteries.
No problem with the Zappi but the technician left me with the two original batteries dead and the system only working with the new battery.

Since then one battery has been repaired by Solar so I'm back to a two battery system with a dead battery in the stack.
I FOOLISHLY PAID THE INVOICE DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING AS I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE IN A MATTER OF DAYS. DON'T DO THIS!!!
Subsequently I have even had to pay them extra to come and refit the repaired battery!
Technicians come and go with no results, promises made on the phone are not kept.
A horrible experience
DON'T PAY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL IT WORKS.

We used McNallyEV for chargers at our factory and they were excellent! so when i needed one for home they were the first choice. The advise about the charger i needed, quick response and fitting were excellent. I would recommend and will use again

From our first enquiry to the fitting of our EV chargers we had great service. The quotation was detailed and explained in plain English. We had constant support from the very start to after the charger was fitted. The fob is a perfect way to monitor our spend and to enable and disable as and when required. McNally Electrical provides a first class service and experience. The installer explained what needed to be done and his approach was spot on. These guy's know their trade, a high standard of cable laying and electrical installation and pride in their work.

Highly recommended to anybody who is looking to get an EV Charger installed into their property.

Everything just went right. McNally was the fourth company I got a quote from. The earliest install dates I got from the first three companies were around 3 weeks ahead. I spoke to a very friendly, personable woman at McNally who said they have much faster typical installation times. I got a quote within 24 hours. I got an installation date offer within minutes of accepting the quote and the installation date was just two days later. I exchanged several emails with McNally and my queries were answered promptly and fully. The installer turned up on time, explained the process clearly, he was very friendly and polite, and he left a tidy installation area. The charging unit works as expected. McNally didn't ask for payment until the unit was installed, unlike the other companies which required payment in full in advance.

Was an easy application, Chantelle sorted everything for me from start to finish.
The installer was very efficient and sorted moving my POD point from one address to the other and only took a couple of hours to sort and was always on hand when I needed them.
