I had a great experience with McNally. Great product, clear communication. The person who did the installation was helpful, knowledgeable, and help find a great solution for us (that ended up being a bit cheaper than initially quoted!). There was a tricky situation getting it running, but he stayed until it was fully sorted and only left when we were all happy, so I'm very glad I went with McNally.

Super efficient, knowledgeable engineer & very helpful. Same applies to head office in Keighley, always available & eager to help.

The service was outstanding. From the receptionist to the team that installed the equipment. Polite, professional, and fast service. All rolled into one.

I dealt with Danny, who was absolutely brilliant. He explained what was needed in order to get an ev Charger set up at home and guided me through the process.
When the guys turned up to install it they were very professional and stayed to ensure everything was working correctly.
Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and helpful, regardless who I have spoken with.
If you are getting a home EV Charger, then these are a top drawer company with first class service.

survey done very efficiency and on time with a clear explanation of what to expect then actual install was done exactly as survey said it would, by polite professional staff. brilliant job and well worth using for peace of mind! price good too.

Used McNallyEV for getting 2 EV chargers, solar panels and 2 home batteries installed for a total cost of around £13,000. Horrible project management and execution skills from start to finish. I've had 4 sets of incorrect solar panel rails delivered over the course of 2 months, the last set of which is still on my driveway and waiting to be collected by them, 3 months after installation. The EV charger has been installed without any silicone insulation so rain is getting into the housing. There is zero after sales support - the solar inverter is going into alarm every other day, the EV charger is tripping frequently, and it's impossible to get someone in to take a look. The solar installation has also not received its certification yet 3 months after installation, so I can't get export payments from my utility. My next step will be to lawyer up. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dave came out and did the survey, recommended the right charger for us and kept us up to date throughout the process. Aidan did a cracking job with the install, I'm a bit obsessed with not seeing wires or cables anywhere - didn't need to worry Aidan has hidden them away so I can't see them. Big thanks NcNally

I just wanted to say, what a really good experience having McNally’s do the charger for me, from the admin through to the fantastic electrician who fitted the Charger. This has probably been one of the best experiences of using a company from start to finish, it is just a shame they only work on EV's and batteries.

Having chosen a Myenergi Zappi charger as the best option to integrate with my wind turbine and home electrics, I knew there would be a difficult issue installing on an outbuilding and communicating usage data. McNally experts were incredibly helpful with advice and explanations, quoted a good price and installed within a week. The installers were very helpful, efficient and solved all the issues. A really tidy installation.

The company have looked after me very well in what was a bit of a mess made by a previous company. Nothing was to much for them and they ( Krissy and Gary) in my mind went above and beyond to sort everything out leaving me with a good job well done. Would certainly recommend this company

Outstanding Service - Krissy and Chantelle did a great job organising the installation of my charger, working with shell to get the date pulled forward to accommodate the early delivery of my car. Heath and Brody fitted the charger, both very polite, very neat installation and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend this company.

Had a number of EV charging points fitted at our office. Dave Evans came on site and quoted us for the work which I have to say was very reasonable. Everything was explained clearly and Dave had the knowledge required to answer any questions or concerns I had. The guys that did the work on the day were absolute gents and did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend! Since fitting, Dave has been very helpful with educating me in the use of the online platform that works with our EV chargers. Very professional and highly recommended.
