Very efficient and amazingly quick with delivery of the item I ordered. Very impressed with your service

Contrary to what the website says, as of Aug-19-2023, the branch at the Crescent in Galway is not open on a Saturday.
If they change the website to reflect the opening times of this branch, it would save quiet a lot of hassle.
Having said that the pharmacist at the crescent branch, a young man, is very pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. Unlike his colleague at the branch in Westside, Galway. Who seems to enjoy the little bit of power he has, and can and does totally ignore waiting, very unwell customers ,and seem to gain some perverse pleasure from that. An acknowledgement from the pharmacist here, that you actually exist a human being. A friendly smile, and a simple 'I will be with you in a moment', would be more than welcome and not go amiss. But no not here, from this pharmacist, at the Westside branch. I will not be returning to the Westside branch again, when I can certainly get more respectful, and proper service elsewhere.

I ordered a lash serum & it arrived in swift timely fashion.. I ended up with reaction after first use.. I contacted a lovely lady Michelle who helped me get full refund by contacting the manufacturer.. sent back by On post & full refund into my account. I would have no problem ordering from them again.. I also find this chemist was cheaper than others by €5 which was reasonable as it expensive serum..
