Really fast dispatch and delivery. Well packaged.

Ordered two items threw Debenhams online portal, mcslots were the retailer supposed to package and send them, they sent the completely wrong item, I have tried calling but phone number doesn’t even ring or connect, starting a refund process threw Debenhams but not holding out much hope, when checking mcslots website the item I bought shows sold out, so I guess that just sent some random other item instead. Very poor show and will never use either companies again. If you like receiving randomly picked items when you order a specific item them I guess mcslots is for you. Perhaps they will respond to this seen as their contact number on website does not work.

Excellent communications throughout recent purchase, really open about timescale and so forth. Despite having to order my item in, I received it faster than most companies that have an item in stock! Would recommend.

I recently found this website while searching for a particular model for my son. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and ordered the model and it arrived very well packaged and delivered a few days later which was fast as delivery was to Northern Ireland.
This model is for Christmas and I know that my son will be absolutely delighted. I would have no problem ordering again and will definitely, save this shop for future purchases. Thank you

I ordered something from these
Paid extra for next day delivery with DHL. Ended up being dispatched 3 days after I ordered it. And it was delivered via royal mail. Not happy at all.
I've emailed them 3/4 times raising my concerns and not had one response.

Efficient and prompt with my order, came as described and ontime (ordered next day delivery at Christmas time)

Ordered the suki's honda s2000 from these after buy same from somewhere else that came damaged. Mcslots model arrive in perfect condition great packaging and protection even if different. As a collector would highly recommend this company and would buy from again.
