Love the color and quality of leather. I ordered a Wallet. True to its representation on website. Will order other items in future.

This company is horrible. I purchased my bag when pandemic started so never used it for work since I never left home. I tried to return it but they said I had it to long. The handle is ripping brought to my repair shop he said it’s not leather and not worth fixing. When I called company again they said since I don’t live in the UK I CANT RETURN!!! Never ever will I order from them again.

I was very skeptical of purchasing this bag. I did however purchase it and it is definitely not worth the money I paid (over $100.00). It was definitely not not made by a small company in England and it is definitely not leather (I took it to my shoe repair person and he confirmed this). This bag is worth about $20.00 on a good day, but I do like the look of the bag and we will see how it holds up. I have my doubts about the quality of the "material" it is made with since it is not leather. Buyer beware is all I can say at this time. Will not ever purchase one of these again.

I purchased a purse online as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I tracked the package that was delivered on December 1 by FedEx with no signature. After Christmas I found out the package was never delivered/received. I contacted the company and was told to take it up with my credit card. They got the same information about a delivery that never happened. Mdbm refused to refund my money-- I will never purchase from this company again.

When you use a discount code or buy at a discount, you are not able to return or exchange their purses. This was not specifically mentioned on their website and so now I am stuck with a $90 purse and I don't like the handles. I'm very disappointed.

I love the bag. I also wondered after I ordered if the company was legit...had emails saying product was in process, then heard nothing...then it arrived. I think we are so used to amazon and next day delivery. Anyhow, the quality is wonderful and I receive compliments on my new handbag all day long.

I must write this because so many of the comments about trying to get a refund are so negative. I ordered a bag through PayPal the other night. One hour later, I changed my mind. PayPal notified me that I had to contact the seller since the payment had already been processed. I was not looking forward to it because of the reviews I had read. I called (late at night) and left a message with my phone # and I sent an email. I received a call the next day and by that evening, PayPal confirmed that the money was refunded back onto my credit card. Thank you for being so prompt in giving me a refund.

I don’t think this company deserves any star. I have an issue with this company, I purchased a bag, and I don’t get my status order yet. I called customer service, and the lady in the phone said that my order is already shipped, but I didn’t get any email. I told her I want my money back, but she said I have to send back the order for my refund. It’s already two weeks, and I think they never shipped nothing!! After I have struggles with this company, I received my order, but the bag isn’t leather, the pouch is made with a cheap material. This company ripped me off!!

I bought a Cholet Celeste bag last year. I’m based in London, UK. No idea if leather or not (there is a small piece of leather attached to bag by string) but I’ve had no issues with it and still looks as good as new. The only thing I would warn on is that the bag has just a small hook to close it so you really need to keep a close eye or tuck under your arm. The bag colour is beautiful as is the design. I bought two more bags as presents and also bought the Brioude purse in the same colour. Again this has been fine and am able to fit phone, mask, money and cards into it. I’ve never bought anything advertised on FB and clearly MDBM don’t like any negative reviews but I’m pretty sure the bags are made in China (like most things are) but it arrived well packaged and I’m happy.

I bought a Lourdes bag! This bag is absolutely NOT leather!!! There are no tags from the manufacturer inside or anywhere except a real leather tag on the outside (brown on a black bag with a B stamped in it) a sure sign that it is crap. The fabric inside is of poor quality with the fabric very floppy inside.

When I received it there was no receipt and all print was in Chinese. This product was not handmade or shipped from a small company in London. It’s a lie

The wallet that is supposed to carry my phone doesn’t close with a phone inside it. Save your money and buy a quality product from a reputable company instead of carrying around cheap trash. This is a rip off!

The best customer service that I have ever experienced.

I'd like to write a good review, but unfortunately my purchase has not arrived. Its been two weeks now

I usually carry Dooney bags but they are so heavy! Every time I ask my husband to hold my bag for a second he says,”My goodness, this thing weighs a ton”.
I saw the Cholet bag on FB and when I showed my husband he especially liked the part about it being lightweight. Soooo he bought and gifted the bag to me.
I immediately put everything from my Dooney bag into it and I couldn’t believe how much lighter it was. The included zipper pouch is great also. My wallet is quite heavy too so I just bought myself the Tangerine wallet to go with it.
I already have my eye on one of the crossbody bags, and an IPhone tassel is a must!
I am so delighted that I found this bag and since I am a “bag lady”, I will be on this site quite frequently!

Stumbled upon this advertisement on Instagram and read the reviews. Looked positive so gave it a go. Wow, the bag I ordered is top notch in size, quality and delivery. I couldn't believe the price I paid. I get compliments every time I go out and ladies see my bag. I look forward to ordering from them during the holiday Christmas season. Go for it I say!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a bag in March. Still haven’t received it and no resolution from MDBM. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They claim their bags are leather. When you get customer service they double down and swear its leather. The Cholet bag is vinyl. The only thing leather on this bag is the tag. Shame they lie and are dishonest because the designs are great but this is a ripoff.

This company claims to sell leather bags. The only thing leather on the Cholet-Celeste was the tag. Took to shoe leather cobbler and they said not leather. Company makes you jump through hoops to return and get a refund. Worst ever. STAY AWAY!!!
