Not worth the money
I am just not seeing any change in my hair volume or growth at all. I'm losing still so much hair. And the supplements make my stomach turn regardless if I take them with food or not so I had to stop taking them.

Please be very careful and read everything when ordering from this company and any company about their return policy. I did not know there was a “no return” with this product. I know a lot of companies give some type of ability to return products. I have not even opened “ most of the items 3 months supply” but I can’t send any of it back.

Been using this product for 4 months now, I haven’t seen the results that I was expecting. Cutomer service is non existent, they email me following up and offering feedback and advice. However when I reply to the emails as they suggest with follow up photos on my progress, I never hear back. I have been extremely disappointed in their lack of service and attention. I was expecting more from this company as far as the customer service goes. I hope this is improved because if it is happening to me, I am sure others are going through the same frustration.

This is by far the greatest hair vitamins I have tried and I have tried many many. Due to health problems my hair was falling out a lot and MD helped emmensly. Without these products my hair falls out a lot and one month in i alwready have stronger amd healthier hair

What I like and dislike:
What I like is that none of the products make my hair sticky or dirty. The protocol is simple to follow so isn't intrusive to my day.
What I don't like, at least so far, is that I don't see any new hair growth after using it for two months. But because it's easy to follow, I'll give it more time and see what happens.

I shower and wash my hair daily but still unsure how to use the products. Should i use shampoo daily? Should i use the peptide oil after each wash? I have been using the customized serum daily if i used the 2 previous products or not. Then i have taken the vitamin supplement daily.

UK STAY AWAY
If you’re thinking of ordering from the UK, I’d strongly recommend staying away.
It took one and a half months for my order to arrive. On top of that, I was charged £50 in customs fees, which, judging by other reviews, is clearly not an uncommon occurrence. Despite this, the company doesn’t warn customers about the possibility of customs charges and continues to heavily promote its “worldwide shipping.”
When I contacted customer service about the customs fees, I was initially told that if I paid them, they would reimburse me in store credit, and only “as a courtesy.” Why would I want store credit after paying an extra £50 for an order that took almost two months to arrive? At that point, I didn’t even know if I’d ever want to order from them again.
After pushing back, they eventually agreed to refund the customs fees, which I appreciate. However, they also made sure to emphasise that this was a “courtesy” and strongly implied they wouldn’t do it again in the future.
As for the products themselves, the oral supplements are huge and very difficult to swallow. The “one-month” shampoo supply is also misleading—it’s only around 30 ml in total, simply packaged in a much larger bottle that’s only about half full.
Overall, between the excessive delivery time, unexpected customs charges, poor handling of the issue, and disappointing product presentation, I won’t be ordering from this company again.

I have noticed a small amount of growth in baby hairs around my forehead that never seemed to grow prior. The shampoo smells great and leaves my hair feeling clean, the scalp serum does not make my fine hair greasy like I expected, and my body tolerates the capsule. I will try another month and hope to see more new growth.
