They fitted us in when we needed an urgent appointment. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The woman performing the wax removal was patient, informative and very helpful.

I received excellent service and I got an appointment at short notice, very friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend

Nice and friendly place, the owner had it's dog in which I spent 10 mins playing with. Absolutely brilliant dog, very jealous.

Rather that just do a cleaning for no reason, they inspected my ears decided it wasn't needed. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely welcome, caring professional service and a great result.

Toby was very professional, informative and helpful to both me and my daughter (we had adjoining appointments). What was particularly pleasing was that, as my daughter was very nervous about having wax removed, Toby allowed her to sit-in on my appointment to see what was involved, and for me to sit-in on her appointment for her reassurance.

I required microsuction due to a sudden reduction in my hearing in one ear and was unable to find anywhere local that could see me in under 1 week.
Meadows & Wood were able to see me the same day and my treatment was completely a lot faster than I expected.
Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and they were all very efficient.

After an extensive Google search we came across Meadows and Wood. They work out of multiple local centres which gave us great options. Several appointment dates were available and close.
Our father in law couldn't hear due to wax blockage in both ears, made worse by his dementia. All interactions with staff were supportive, informative and patient. We would highly recommend.

I have had multiple microsuction sessions with Meadows & Wood over the past few years and each time it has been a positive experience. Getting booked is straightforward and they now also have sessions in Clevedon which is ideal for me. The process is quick, painless and effective. Highly recommend
