Me and My Glass Reviews 

Do not use this company - its been over a year now and we still have not had our full delivery of glass. They never reply. And when they do - they are not useful usually saying 'Hi - let me look into this for you'.

...Then another 4 months goes by... They have no phone number. No address. They get the order incorrect and don't tell you.

Please - pay the extra somewhere else and use them.

It is an easy website to use and the bespoke glass for my wood burner stove was dispatched quickly. It is a perfect fit. Thank you.

Very easy to upload the dimensions I wanted and they responded quickly to my query. Very happy with my order and I'd use them again whenever I need replacement greenhouse panes.

I needed a piece of black glass to replace one of two in an extending dining table. The glass had to be cut exactly or it either wouldn't fit in the slot or it would fall through ! It was perfect when it arrived. The only hiccup was that the first one which arrived was actually someone else's but this was soon rectified.

Ordered a custom sized grey mirrored splashback online, informed delivery would take 4-6 weeks. Great communication regarding delivery with a phonecall at week 5 to inform me they would be delivering the item the following day and given a 3 hour time slot. Delivery driver called on the day at beginning of delivery slot time and informed me of exact time of arrival. Item well packaged and exactly as ordered. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Awful experience. Took over 3 months from ordering and paying for a kitchen splashback to eventually get a refund (which I organised through the bank as the company refused)

Had to constantly chase the owner (John) for updates and he kept fobbing me off with an excuse

This is the worst company I have dealt with for some time. They fail to keep delivery promises and say they will contact but never do.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! One man band ‘John’ is completely useless from start to, not even, finish. He won’t respond to emails, voice messages or offer any solutions to help resolve problems. Of which he clearly creates many whilst defrauding people of their money! Whilst I’m tempted to dump his home address on here so people have the opportunity to confront him directly, I shall leave it to other sources to leak. Only a matter of time before there’s a knock on the door. Don’t fall for this joker and his appalling standard of work and service.

After a considerable amount of time progress chasing I finally took delivery delivery of the Splashback ordered in September - very happy with the product... just disappointed with the level of communication throughout the process... if this improved I would have had no issues...

We ordered three mirrors from this company on September 29 and paid in full.
The agreed delivery date was October 17, but nothing has been delivered so far.

We have tried calling many times, but no one ever answers the phone.
We also sent several emails, and the few replies we received were unprofessional and did not address our concerns.

The company has made no genuine effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation.
We have asked for either the delivery of our mirrors or a full refund, but there has been no proper response.

Overall, our experience has been extremely disappointing and the customer service is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

The whole process was made so simple and straightforward. From ordering online to receiving the finished article went so seamlessly.
I ordered a 1.4m circular outdoor furniture glass table top, on August 5th, 2025. The price was good. Plus, it was only a month for delivery as the glass had to be toughened.
I was emailed regularly with progress updates.
John, who runs the show called me personally to let me know when the delivery would be. And true to his word, it arrived on time.
It is on my outdoor table now and I can`t tell the difference between the original glass top and the one that John made for me.
I will recommend Me and My Glass to anyone who needs any work using glass.

Very speedy service and a quick delivery of cut and shaped fire bricks at a reasonable price. I would ghoroughly recommend 'Me and my Glass'.

Needed to replace a firebrick for my wood burner. It’s quite a unique model and so it was difficult to find the exact firebrick, so I had one custom made. The service was excellent, with timely communication and delivery. Well recommended!

Great experience, John was extremely helpful and kept me updated from placing an order to it being delivered. Very reasonable prices and it arrived really well padded and packaged so overall I'd say a first class business. Thanks again and will be recommending in the pond groups 👍

I dealt with John throughout my dealings with the company. He was always helpful and polite and always responded to my comms.
He also had a lot of experience which was helpful. The biggest stress was the measuring but again John was on hand with advice how to do that.
The mirror was for an antique French armoire and the net result is stunning.
I highly recommend this company.

Well made piece of glass, at a reasonable price, good communication and timeline, well packaged on delivery, looks good but I think extra measurements should be asked for a better fit, but would definitely recommend.

excellent service from start to finish and the accuracy cutting of the glass was perfection.
