Good quality product, old shool delivery
The product was good quality and as advertised.
One star off, as the delivery was delayed, but not by much. Also the delivery was fixed time slot and it wasn't clear how to request it to be left somewhere safe.

My order for mince was dealt with immediately and delivered on the day I wanted it. It was vacuum packed and frozen and wrapped in cold fleece and bubble wrap. I defrosted it the following day and made burgers. They were delicious. The beef has an extraordinarily soft texture and fabulous flavour.

Very nice, as described the meat I received was A5, and it arrived in a condition (about 1-4°C) that was very easy to partition into steaks to freeze for later use

Box had a huge label on it saying pls phone (with no.) on delivery (we have very patchy internet), but no-one called, the box was delivered to the wrong house, and left on the main road, so could have been picked up by anyone !!
Luckily a neighbour spotted it as it was being "abandoned".
1/2 suckling pig was incredibly well packed, with lots of freeze packs and padding. When defrosted & cooked, using instructions provided, it was delicious - just as we remembered from King's Day in Spain !!

Great produce from a great supplier

Very ecological packaging methods - the sheeps wool insulation was a revelation. Only sample one of the products so far on Christmas day - the others transferred to my freezer. The Iberico Pork Rack was divine - thank you for making our day
