The chicken used to be such better…

The chicken used to be such better quality a couple of years ago. The chicken is way to salty and has a rough texture. Nothing like it used to be. However, my order did arrive very fast.

We certainly don't like to hear comments like this but if you have not shopped with us for years, things have changed. Recently we have had to change the farm we purchase our chicken from. Not that what we offer now is lower quality than the last but there are huge sourcing issues going on that we have no control of. We were recently out of all chicken breast for about a month and a half. Finally we found something comparable to the quality we normally offer. It's a hit and miss. We were out of chicken that long because of the fact that we refuse to just put any chicken up on the site just to say we have some. Took a long time and a lot of money lost without chicken for a month and a half. You are the first to say you don't like the chicken but the current customers are raving about the new chicken and some say they like it even better than the last we sourced. We will never get it 100% correct but do our best to please the masses. Looks like you may have received some OVER SEASONED chicken and potentially that could have converted the texture of the chicken not only rough but the obvious salty. We are a small company and don't use expensive machines to season our seaoned chicken. They are seasoned by hand and it appears someone on the line may have over done it. That CAN happen and for that we apologize. Since you posted this comment we have tried to call you and even texted you to rectify the issue but there has been no reply by you. That is all we can do, is attempt to contact you to resolve any issue there may be. I am one of the owners and I didn't personally pack and or build your order but I will personally resolve any issue there may be. Hopefully you will contact us sooner than later.

The meal prep is one of the best I have…

The meal prep is one of the best I have ever tried. I have tried multiple other meal prep companies and have not been as satisfied with the food as this one. The meals are absolutely delicious and stay fresh all week. Beef enchiladas—bomb! No guilt! Cookies, pancakes all taste like the real deal!

Everything I ordered here was delicious…

Everything I ordered here was delicious and satisfying's me greatly. All meals are well portioned and much healthy. Also 2nd time ordering Ahi Tuna. It’s the best quality I have found. It’s so fresh you can eat it raw. I will definitely reorder soon.

This has made the meal prep lifestyle…

This has made the meal prep lifestyle an easy transition for my family. That feeling of a home cooked meal, perfectly weighed out to meet all of our needs. I’m on the keto plan, my son is on the performance meals, and my wife, well she can eat anything and still look great. Highly recommend Meats2U meal preps!!!

My Order came within a few days, everything I ordered was correct. The tilapia was fresh, large portions. You can’t go wrong with the breakfast Patties and tamales. Can’t wait to try the marinated beef asada. I keep coming back for the good quality and taste of products. Great service to stay on top of your fitness goals!

Fish arrived warm

The tuna I ordered to make sushi with arrived warm. So. I wasn't comfortable eating it raw. I had to throw most of it away.
Previous orders were ok. So hopefully this was just due to shipping delays around the holidays.

Really sorry to hear that. However... we can't fix whatever we don't know about. One our product leaves our location, we have no control over how long our 3rd party carrier takes to deliver. Yes, they are supposed to deliver within a certain time but it looks like that is not what happened, as you just mentioned with your previous orders. Whenever you open ANY of our boxes, there is a huge label on the inside flap of the box that cannot be missed. One of the owners phone numbers is listed there and it indicates that if there is ever any issues with your order, to please contact us immediately.

Well.... this way is not immediately and not the quickest way to get a hold of us, hence the direct phone number on the box. Someone will be calling you today to fix the issue we now know of, by us finding out with your post on social media.

Delivery person did not ring doorbell to let me know box was on porch. Sat out for one hour. Thankfully not stolen.

Yeah... it's unfortunate that sometimes what we ask our 3rd party carrier service to do, isn't performed but in all reality, the way our service works, the order is always left on the doorstep and no on needs to be home to receive. If we had to wait for everyone to answer the door for us to deliver product, we would be out of business.

99.9% of our delivery service drops the order on the doorstep and leave. Most customers are not home and at work. I would say that 98% of our orders delivered sit on the porch for hours until our customer comes home from work.

Thankfully since 2012, we have literally have had 2 packages stolen off of a porch. I know.. that is a crazy statistic but it's a fact for us. The vehicles dropping your product are unmarked and we have found that it's best that way. The box your order comes in, will never have a Meats2U logo on it and we have found that has helped us over the years.

Again, you do not have to be home to receive, that would be an inconvenience of the service for the customer to coordinate. Rest assured that if it ever gets stolen off your porch, you are not going to pay for the product. Thank you for your support.
