Excellent Company

I have ordered from this company for over a year and the service is always fast and the food is excellent. I come home from work and my box is home waiting for me. I don’t have to stop by the grocery store and it’s ready to be cooked. Their catalog offers a wide variety of food to meet all your needs. Thank you Meats 2 U!! Delivery was on time

Delivery was on time, and the packaging was very thorough with ice packs and layers and layers of cushions. Meat quality is just as I remembered them, fresh and delicious!

Good products shipped fast

I ordered the carne asada for me and the cooked chicken for a friend.I really like the carne asada I got and my friend really liked the chicken.They used it in tacos.They have good products that ship fast and I will be ordering more items later.

Delivery is quick and easy. Chicken is DELICIOUS. Love the individually wrapped breasts with amazing flavors. Only chicken I ever buy. Absolutely the best! And, customer service is incredible. The salmon was not the same quality…

The salmon was not the same quality that we had been previously receiving from your company. Not even the same product. I’m guessing it was an inferior farm raised salmon. The flat iron steaks were of lesser quality as well. I felt they tasted old & tainted.

Honest Review of recent order

First I will say I appreciated the quick response to my order. I Reached out stating extra meat was added and to please take off order. Meat was sent anyway… not a huge issue. Just have a ton now haha. Chicken had a date of 4-2020 on it. Seems odd to receive meat with over a year old….but got a nice call from a gentleman that said that’s perfectly fine. Again, receiving meat that is over a year old seems strange but will trust that it’s “OK”. Second thing was everything else I ordered was not in stock so substitute sent (ie: burgers instead of ground beef… and ordered plain ground poultry, got garlic herb) again, not a huge deal and I am sure it will be delicious…. Just sharing that it wasn’t my greatest order experience overall. :) but thanks Meats2U and take care!! :)

HI... there was a miscommunication between the shop and the person that credited your account for the meat that was refunded that you wanted taken off the account. Unfortunately, our shipping department still sent you the meat we refunded. So that was free, it's just too bad you don't have the room for it.

The owner Corey Patendis had a lengthy conversation with you regarding the date on the product and made sure he called you immediately, you seemed to be perfectly fine with the explanation.

You were also informed on the product substitutes you were going to receive on order, so that you would receive your order sooner than later. Otherwise your order would have been held back until we were stocked with the items you did order. You seemed to be fine with it.

We apologize for not having the greatest experience with Meats2U but in all reality we don't know many companies that are going to address the issues on order as quickly as we did, with resolution by both owners contacting you immediately. As you mentioned in your first sentence of your review here. You were kept in the loop the entire time, it's just unfortunately we still receive a bad review.

Great meat, but

I’ve been ordering from here for about 3 years. I enjoy the food and will continue to order. However, I had a couple of items missing on my last order and I called as well as emailed meats2u and also did a live chat on the site. Still, I haven’t received those items nor a follow up. It’s already been a little over 2 weeks so I just kind of let it go because it just gets frustrating. I still love their products, it was just a bit disappointing that my order wasn’t taken care of

Repeat customer :)

I've ordered from Meats2U before and everything has been great. If seasoned, it's been tasty. It would be nice if the date of when it was frozen, was on the pkg so it's easy to store and know when to pull from the oldest supplies. Thanks for being affordable and a great quality of products.

An online text chat that ALWAYS is tended to. A direct phone number on the box your order came in. We will always handle any issue, we just have to know about it first.
