Delivery on time,packing good,.Pork joint not as shown on website, chicken, ok,sirloin steak very fatty,and very tough,will not being ordering the steak again definitely not worth the money,sausages look OK, haven't tried them yet .... probaly won't order from company again

Quality meat delivered on time.

The meat grade is poor, tough and the meat is hacked rather than cut. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Ok price but hit and miss quality. We ordered a selection of bbq skewers, burgers, sausages, chicken and steaks. The prime steak burgers were excellent and the sirloin steaks were good for the multi-buy price. The sausages were ok but not outstanding but the chicken was the real let down. The skewers were not made correctly so kept falling off and the marinade didn't come through after they were bbq'd. On the whole there was nothing bad about the service or quality there just wasn't enough that was good for me to recommend using them.

Amazing meat, beef is always fabulous. Recently ordered the sausages and I was knocked sideways. Well be a regular order from now on

I use a couple of suppliers for my meat and if I am totally honest, it was okay but had better on quality. Would use again and it maybe what I ordered? So all in all okay.

The quality of the meat was OK.

However the packing and delivery need attention?

Wse received our order late in the day, and because there was only one ice pack whichch was melted and with the heat and the late delivery we needed to cook the meat before we could freeze it hopefully it will be OK.

First of all the products quality, whats on the photos as shown isnt what shows up, the meat was very fatty, the delivery was terrible. The meat was left outside my front door in this heat without the delivery man or woman ringing the doorbell. Won't be ordering again, I would advise people to buy organic grass fed beef from a reL farm not these sites.

I have chucked 6 items in the bin because of chili 5 maet balls 1 Crosby chiken

I was very dissapointed yo find i was two serlion steaks short i was asked if i would like credit or a refund im still awsiting your reply and csn you tell me if i ordered chicken it wont be frozen

Good stuff fast delivery

My package arrived on time and was left where I had instructed. However, when I opened the box, I found that the contents had leaked. I believe the plastic bag may have burst when the courier placed the cardboard box on the ground. I do not blame the courier; my concern is with the packaging used by the company.

I expected the chicken breasts to be supplied in a sturdy original plastic tray or sealed container, rather than together in a loose plastic bag. I cannot confirm whether the bag had originally been vacuum-packed, as I found it already open when I received the delivery.

The chicken appeared to be of mixed quality. Some pieces looked fresh, while others appeared older, with a yellowish colour and a sticky surface. I have previously worked in a restaurant and, based on my experience, some of the chicken looked as though it may have been exposed to air or stored improperly before packing.

The pork loin pieces were kept in their original packaging outside the chicken bag and appeared to be in good condition.

I also noticed that the chicken bag displayed a halal label. However, because of the visible blood and the poor overall presentation of the product, I do not feel confident about the quality or handling of the chicken.

This was my first purchase from your company, and I am very disappointed. I would not be willing to order again unless you can assure me that future products will be fresh, consistently good quality, and properly packaged to prevent leakage or damage during delivery.

Brilliant quality steaks! Gaucho ribeye is probably the best ribeye I've ever had.

The order was on time and packed beautifully. The chicken breasts were the best I have ever bought, I was very impressed with those. The Tiger Tails were really tasty as were the pork steaks. The rib eye steaks I was disappointed with. They didn’t have much flavour and were unexpectedly chewy but overall I was pleased with my order. Very good quality overall .

Had issues with my order but customer service replied promptly and sorted things out quickly, haven't tried the meat yet but would use again.

Fillet steak was lovely very tender
