Meat is excellent in quality
Meat is excellent in quality, and is trimmed well.
Had a problem with the packing process (was shorted a few items) but the problem was ultimately addressed and fixed.

ahi tuna was gorgeous, great taste and melt in your mouth texture.
we fixed the first pork belly crispy, delicious.
all products arrived in perfect condition, still cold.

Outstanding product
Outstanding product. Extremely high quality meats that cook beautifully. However the pamphlet stated that the meat would arrive fresh. In the first order both items were frozen solid. In the second order they were a bit solid in the center as if they had thawed so I wasn't sure if I could freeze it or not (especially the fish). It would be helpful to know if I can freeze the items when they arrive.

All products are cut to order fresh and never previously frozen, however if you select the ground frozen shipping option at checkout your proteins are flash frozen to preserve the quality and allow it to shipped without spoil. When you receive the proteins at your house you can definitely freeze it to keep it from spoiling before you get a chance to eat it. Wasn't really blown away by the quality…
Wasn't really blown away by the quality of the meat. It would have been nice if it was labeled. Its a conveinent way to go but we think we'll just stick to local butchers. Also really trying to find somewhere that will preseason it for us.

i cant say enough about , meatthebutchers. i have made 2-large orders and everything worked out .i have ordered meat in the past from 2-other companies. well lets just say that meatthebutchers is number-1 to me.
i remember 1st time looking at their website before christmas .i just wanted to buy a nice gift package with 3-cuts of a good quality meat for my family and friends i loved all the great meat pictures. then i realized that their website seemed way more simple.. to navigate through...where the other seemed to make me dizzy... i then read the the page that describes the company... WELL THAT DID IT... I FELT THAT , WHAT I WAS READING WAS SO SINCERE.. I LOVE THEIR SERVICE DEPT. they helped me when their website wasnt working.. and when fedex messed up my second order.... they really , really showed their true class ! im not exaggerating - this company really trys to be the best... LASTLY THE best part. .. the meat arrives looking exactly like the pictures on the website.. And it was delicious !!! 8-people thanked me. Meathebutchers deserves this letter from me thankyou.

I just can't get enough of it!!!
The meat at Meat the Butchers is outstanding. I seared the steaks for about 1 minute per side then baked them in the oven for 20 minutes @400 degrees They were the best steaks ever, also I poured the oil and butter from the pan over the steaks while baking. Truly melt in the mouth kinda thing!!! I just can't get enough of it!!!
