Horrible service
Got my order and it was warm and the meat was spoiled. Called customer service and was told I will be sent a new order right away. 2 weeks later still no order. Called again and it was like they forgot about my order and had no knowledge of my previous complaint. About a month later I finally received my order. I won’t be using this place again

We have done extensive research on our shipping methods and have all new technology for our packaging that can keep products for 7 days! We have been adding new products to our lineup such as Tomahawk steaks and will continue to keep adding new stuff as soon as it becomes available. We have also expanded our customer service team to meet the expectations of all our customers. Again we are sorry for your negative experience but we can assure you that if you ever try us again in the future we will go above and beyond to meet your exceptions.
