We are writing this review as we just randomly thought we’d jump into Mecca Exeter. It was completely random, both my wife and I walked in and it was extremely busy (I think the card processing machine had broken). The young fellow at the reception was super patient and kept a friendly smile throughout. The night was filled with laughs and randomness. On coming out the young fellow (Adam we learned) was there again, making everyone feel great and just being a nice guy. If all customer service was like this, the world would be a better place. Well done Adam!

Ok so most people think I’m leaving a bad review here because I’ve lost at gambling ! Well kinda off correct , so I signed up few weeks back deposited £20.00 and won like £165.00 ish thought hey up great , then few days later £20.00 deposit £10.00 deposit £20.00 deposit so on before you know it they have the money back 20 fold ok fair enough that’s gambling house always wins wright ! Getting too the point what makes me pissed in when your on a game and it starts too run really slow , I got on a feature on one game on £2.00 spins set for what should off been a nice little win , and sure enough £57.00 win on this feature then the game just crashed and when it went back too my home page the winnings was gone with just £7.00 odd playing money left ! Think these are just scams artists myself and or the win ratio is very very low ! Stay away

Used to absolutely love conga cash as always used to win something but there was an update and now the most you ever win is like a £1/£2. Absolute rip off. Tombola all the way.

I,ve been mecca bingo for a few month,s now and was enjoying it, a little win now and again considering i only played the penny games which is all i could afford. Like other reviews i,ve noticed a lot of the same people winning. Friday night i had a free hour,s bingo which i was invited into and because i was late signing in i rushed it and got it wrong seemingly and they blocked me!!! Since then after god knows emails they keep saying my email address is blocked as it,s a scam but they still answer me on that email address and say send another email address which i,ve done and same again it,s been blocked as it,s scam. I,ve don,t a chat line to someone called Janet and she asked me when i,d had a win and when did i withdraw my winnings which i was able to comfirm and she verified my email address which i signed up with. It was the first email address that they said was blocked???? All i need is my password changed which they,ve told me to do but i,ve explained they won,t let me into my account. I,ve done so many email,s to them i,ve given up now even though they,re sitting with my £6 odd that,s sitting in my account which is a lot when you,re a pensioner. All i wanted as i said to them i just wanted to play bingo. I,s not a lot to ask is it.????????

I have been a Mecca player for a number of years and have always found the site quite fair. Recent remarks in the rewards chat room has made me think otherwise. I called out a player OMGXREALLYX0tg for using a Homophobic slur, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was then ganged up on by his minions. I reported the incident to customer service who said the would deal with the situation. Now the chat hosts in the room are actively encouraging him to say it on a nightly basis. " Oh OMGXREALLYX0tg I have been waiting for you to say your famous saying " . How pathetic of this site to allow this to happen.

Can seriously say... its a horrible experience. They let you win (share a line i.e £5,20). To draw you in and take your money... I've watched for a month now and its literally repetitive winners. They say its random generated but there's no way. Or they keep the numbers to the same winners. You can't explain how your feeling as you get chat restricted. Which is a red flag immediately. So guys keep your money. Save what you would of spent in a tin you'll be better off in the long run

been playing mecca bingo for a while now i opened a new account a few weeks ago and have been playing i have been winning small amounts and withdrawing it has all been fine today i won £2,700 and tried to withdraw it it was fine it was pending in my account waiting to go into my bank i then went of the app and back on it 15 mins later to see if it had gone into my account and i had been temporarily locked out of my account because they needed verification i have then sent my verification and heard nothing back they have robbed me i spent money to win that money! so there for they should not be able to log me out of my own account with my own money in that account it is daylight robbery i will never reccoment playing this to anyone and you should ask for verification when you are making an account so if you win you can get ur money without getting exited that you have won and then it being taken away from you i will be taking legal action!

Dont go in the gold room on the mecca app. My cousin was Harrast so much they found out her address. Be aware guys sure thats all the gold room is for. Stay away guys dont know who's on the other side or what info they have

Be very wary of this bingo site, signed up for the welcome bonus…deposit £10 and play £10 on bingo in the same day and get £40 and 100 spins which I did not receive as I didn’t meet the requirements by 30p as I had a game on deal or no deal BINGO absolutely disgusting and a huge con seems deal or no deal bingo isn’t on their small print of qualifying games, really upsetting

Appalling site, how can the same people win numerous times everyday. Shelley046 is defiantly a bot always wins numerous times everyday and never chats, a lot of customers are fed up. You make a complaint via the right channels and it gets ignored. Mecca needs looking into for the snakes game in particular as you can bet your bottom dollar the same times everyday its the same people winning

I've been a member of Mecca for many years, lately they have introduced a new lobby where the bingo games are played. OK so its a new layout, give it a chance you may say, well I did and in my opnion its terrible. At the moment you have the option to go back to the original layout, which I did.
When I went on the original lots and I mean lots of players were all complaining about this new layout, a lot saying when it gets made perminant they will leave, I too am in the same mind, why suffer on there playing on a site that isn't working properly and not liking it.
I sent in an email complaining, I hope many more do as if only a few complain they won't take any notice and you will be stuck with it.
So I hope Mecca read this along with other players and do send in your complaints instead of just moaning on the site.

The staff there were wonderful, BUT THE PRODUCTS WERE HORRIBLE AND I WANTED TO YELL, BUT I FELT BAD FOR THE WORKERS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING AND IT WAS BOILING. WHEN I GOT HOME, I OPENED MY PRODUCTS, AND THE LIP BUTTER HAD MOLD ALL OVER IT, AND IT STUNK, NOT LIKE the tester I USED. AND THE PERFUME WAS FINE TIL THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY, THERE WERE RATS IN MY HOUSE AND A SPIDER. THE PERFUME ATTRACTED BUGS, AND I KNOW MY HOUSE IS INFESTED. AND MY LIPS WERE ALSO SWOLLEN FROM THE TESTER I USED THE DAY BEFORE. I MACHE DOWN THERE AND TRIED TO GET A REFUND, BUT NO ONE WOULD TAKE IT BACK, SO HERE I AM. I ADVISE THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

l played bingo for last 15 years on many sites, this site is worse so many repeat winners its shocking l only play in mecca rooms, main room and two little ducks time l spent 160 in two weeks in these rooms not one win , just time after time same pool of winners no matter how many tickets you buy, am finish with site you come off site so depression wasting money just to see same pool of players wining, please avoid this site same your time and money
