I wish I had read the reviews before joining, spent £20 in 10mins, without any bonus round, when it looked like it was going to drop, the spins, started to go faster. What is the purpose of the Gambling Conmmission?, when do they monitor these sites?Tombola and Heart are just as bad, since being taken over, they all have one objective, pay less,or not at all.The GC should be under investigation for not looking after the customer, they seem to look the other way, when you make a complaint, not even bothering to rely.As for Mecca, will be cancelling account, total rip off, like the other sites mentioned, don't bother with any of these, they are all corporate run now, which is a shame.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using [Company Name]. I deposited funds using my partner’s card after my own was lost — the platform accepted the transaction without any warning or verification issue at the time. I played fairly, accumulated around £200 in winnings, and then attempted to withdraw.

Suddenly, my account was locked pending verification. I submitted every document they asked for, including my partner’s bank statement (which they explicitly accepted), and was told multiple times by customer support that my funds were safe and would be returned once verification was complete.

After weeks of back and forth, and after complying with everything they requested, I was informed that my balance had been forfeited and kept by the company — no refund, no withdrawal, no valid explanation.

This is an extremely unethical and misleading way to treat customers. They had no issue taking the deposit when I could have lost everything, but when I won, they found a way to confiscate the funds. It feels deliberately unfair, and I am currently escalating this to the UK Gambling Commission and considering further legal options.
