Great selection of switch sets, and even greater selection of switch samples.

First time ordering. Quick delivery. Good prices. Just wanted I needed without waiting or paying silly prices. Will use again.

Ordered a few times from here and will keep coming back when I need switches and other keyboard items. Great selection of switch samples to try out, especially given Mechbox appears to be a tiny "one man band" shop. Reasonable prices on switch packs too when you find the one you like, and they've helped me finish up two builds now. Would definitely recommend!

Really useful store when trying to work out what switches you want for your keyboard

Not only did the store sport a good stock where I was able to find the items I was looking for, it kept me always up to speed with good tracking information on dispatched items.

On top of that, I had to ask for an exchange as one of the items turned out not to be apt for the goal I had in mind and Matt, bless him, was more than available to do that exchange.

Overall, a place I intend to keep looking up for any keyboard needs.

Mechbox is the only service I know, which lets you test single switches. Even if you don't prefer a tested switch, you don't waste a bunch of switches on one try of them and maybe can come back to it later on.
The order was shipped about a week after purchase - I was totally fine with that, since we got a disclaimer on the website it could be expected and was no issue at all. Shipping itself maybe was 3-5 days to Germany, so absolutely no issues. The package was safely packed and arrived unharmed.
At the time a bunch of switches I would have liked to test were sold out, but that happens and I'm going to test them some other time.
All in all a great service which I surely will be using again in the future.

Ordered a bunch of switch samples, they were sent out a week later (message on the site said to expect delays of up to a week due to a house move, so all good), received them all a few days later. No complaints

I love Mechbox! I've just got into mechanical keyboards, collecting switches mostly, and there is so much useful info on there. Plus you can tell the owner really cares about what they're doing. I've placed a few orders already and always been more than happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt be ordering again!

Summary: Delivery ordeal and a few mistakes, but incredible support from the seller on every problem encountered.

The whole story: I ordered about 20 tactile switches in search of the ultimate switch for me.
I live in France. I place the order, a few days later I pay the tax independently, (I pay as much in delivery as the price of the package ahah) but all is well.
A month later, no parcel.
Not reassured, expecting to "get ripped off on the internet". I contact the seller :
And he apologizes, refunds everything, and sends back a parcel for free!
Time passes. I receive my parcel! ^^
Except that I'm asked to pay the customs fees he said he'd paid, and a switch is missing...
I talk to him about it, without necessarily expecting anything. And he gives me 15 € paypal (the customs fees) and sends the switch forget!
He's apologized every time and has always done his utmost to repair any damage...
Can you blame him?
I can't give him 5 stars, there were hitches, but I salute him, not as a professional, but as a human being, who always listened and was there to help at any cost.

emailed Matt late on a Friday night with a question before ordering & was pleasantly surprised to receive a response almost immediately.

Found myself a few switches short for my first build & was thrilled to find somewhere UK-based selling them individually.

Switches arrived quickly & all perfect condition.
