This is a great place to order switches if you want to try some out before buying them. Looks like it's a one-man show so I'd rather give my money to a small business than Amazon or Aliexpress. Items arrived on time and my questions were answered promptly.

The site is probably not the best laid out and sometimes stock is limited but it's not at all an issue.

Was looking to build a new board with silent switches, so I knew where to turn to get some samples and other accessories I needed for the upcoming build. As expected, Matt provided great service as usual, and even accommodated for my request to send the order a bit later as I was going away when I placed it. If you need sample and/or any accessories then definitely have a look at MechBox!

I bought some heavier springs for my Akko keyboard stabilised keys - mainly my spacebar, to negate the added weight of blue-tack under it to help reduce hollowness - and couldn't be happier with the experience. Worth bearing in mind that (as stated on their website) I think this was their second job and so items wouldn't be dispatched till the weekend. I was in no rush and because they were upfront about this, I'm more than pleased about the service. Cheers.

Great choice for tinkering!

I recently bought a Ducky Shine 3 and felt like even with MX Blue switches the space bar was a bit light for my bad habit of resting the side of my thumb on it. I'd heard of MX Greens and felt like giving one a go, sure enough Mechbox provided an inexpensive way to replace the switch and delivered in a timely manner.

Love to see some more enthusiast stores in the UK and I'll be ordering from them again should a need arise to.

There was a big banner explaining when to expect things to ship over this holiday season.

Ordering was easy, the shipment was dispatched on the expected day in the evening and was delivered fine.

Ordered a switch holder and a few sample switches and found the switches was placed on the holder for shipping.

Arrived in goodtime, decent price and suitable packaging, not excessive.

Switches are fantastic, packaging and delivery was extremely fast despite a note on the website saying that there would be delays. Would highly recommend.

Website isn't that accessible but I managed. The switches I ordered arrived on time, only downside is that they were just in a bag rather than a tub or something. No problems with the switches themselves. All in all really good.

Took a couple of days for the order to be acknowledged but it was made clear on the landing page this is a small business and dispatch may take a few days. User feedback from Reddit was very encouraging and I felt confident even with the delayed acknowledgment.

Dispatch and delivery were faster than expected. Package was very discreet and switches safely stored inside bubble wrap.

Great experience and will consider returning for more purchases in the future.

Brilliant! :) I ordered a handful of switches and got them less than a week later. There was a mistake with my order where I ordered a ten pack and got one, but that is swiftly being fixed. Refunded for shipping and nine more sent out. I look forward to purchasing more!

I ordered some Gateron Milky Yellow switches through Mechbox, and the service received was great. The switches came fast and I was kept up to date the whole time. The price I found the switches on Mechbox was actually the cheapest as well.
