My SALTO encoder went on the blink after 10 years of use so I needed a new one fast.

Very good, very easy to order and the web site was very informative
They answered our entire question in a very efficient manor, so quick and painless.
But, We paid for a delivery, but we had to go and collect from Chelmsford because FEBX put a card through the door saying they had knocked but hadn’t got an answer, even though three of us was in and the window by the front door was open, and when we called them they said the driver would not come back as he was running late because he was held up at his depot.
Will never use FEDX and will always advise people against using them, but this was not the fault of the supplier, just that FEDX don’t care.

Unfortunately, as your order was shipped directly from the supplier in order to get it to you quicker, your product was sent by Fedex as this is the courier used by our supplier.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and we would have been more than happy to help with any delivery issue at the time if we were made aware of the problem.

Great Product, Great Price, Fast Delivery and Excellent Communication
I was after wall mounted bike racks for our families bikes and did the usual Google search. Knew nothing about this company except that they came up with a product that looked good at far less than anyone else was charging, so I ordered 3. Given such a low value, basic order, I didn't expect communication from them at every stage of the order process, but I got just that and so wasn't surprised to find the product delivered as promised next day, and perfect for the job. Great value for money and very helpful telephone service
I found Mechlite searching for a code lock. The product and great price made me go to their website. I phoned to ask about the product with typical girlie questions that the answer is probably obvious to most people. The gentleman who helped me was just that: a gentleman who told me what to check to be sure the product was suitable. Next day delivery at a very reasonable cost. Who could ask for more.
