The sales process is very easy and quick the delivery process is not so brilliant but it all got sorted so pleased in the end.
I called and asked for advise which was most helpful and accurate and I did as instructed advised the driver to call when near.
The following day a card appeared in my mailbox telling me they had tried to deliver my gun safe. In the end I collect the item from the local TNT base on the second attempt after I collected a van as the box was attached to a pallet in the end it all got sorted but could have been easier if TNT had followed the instruction as I was only 2mins from my house when they first tried to deliver.

All products under the 'Safes' category on our website are shipped directly from the supplier, and the courier service they currently use unfortunately do not provide a fully tracked service, and some of the drivers do not have company phones to call customers.
All other products supplied on our website are delivered by our own courier, Interlink Express, on a fully tracked and timed service. We are currently working with our safe suppliers to encourage them to provide a similar delivery service.
We are always happy to assist customers with any issues they have with deliveries for products they have ordered from ourselves.
