had a tummy tuck procedure in June and found the overall experience to be positive. The process was streamlined, and the pricing was competitive. While there were some minor communication challenges due to the language barrier (understandable given the location in Turkey), the availability of a phone translator and Google Translate ensured I could address any concerns effectively. There was a last-minute hospital change and I couldn't stay in the originally planned hotel due to an extra overnight stay on hospital, which was a bit disappointing, but the team explained the reason. Now, eight months post-op, I'm extremely pleased with the results and the boost in confidence it's given me. The team has remained responsive and supportive throughout my recovery. My advice to future patients is to join a support group and thoroughly prepare for the procedure."

Great experience

Had an amazing experience with Medaway I’ve now been twice - 2023/24 I had a gastric sleeve & I’ve just came back 3 weeks ago from a breast uplift , each time I have been the hopsital has been clean, surgeons very good! In my consultation I felt like I was in good safe hands!
Please be away I think a lot of negative reviews come from people not realising there is a major language barrier & differnt lifestyle over there , the staff by no means were ever rude to me but maybe could have been taken like that due to lack of English! I feel you know what you’re signing up for going for surgery in a different country so this should be expected!

I went with Medaway for my Rhinoplasty and I am extremely pleased I did, from start to finish the whole team have been exceptional, from arriving-prodedure-recovering, they have provided care, kindness and great aftercare. I am currently 9 weeks post opp and am happy with the results so far. I would use medaway for any future procedures.

They took care of me the moment i stepped out the airport. From transfers to food, the customer service was incredible. They were always there to make sure i felt comfortable.

Dr Zafer Kaya is simply amazing!!! He did an incredible job with my stomach, my hips and my bum. Perfect!!! His aftercare was impeccable. He really cared about my recovery and we had calls after I came back to the UK. He even wrote a letter for me to present at my local hospital to ask for more antibiotics. I would recommend him and Medway to everyone. I didn't give 5 stars just because the post op Lynphatic Drainage was very traumatic with Medway. They were simply opening the wounds and squeezing the liquid out of me. I never felt so much pain in my life (and I had a baby, I'm a mum). Here in the UK, the massage lady was much more gentle, draining the liquid through my lynphatic system, not by opening a wound in healing process. She is so efficient, but she also cares about the patient confort and how much pain each person can take. Levels of pain sensitivity are different for each person. My results look amazing.

Such a great experience, I had two procedures at the same time and the staff were on hand everytime I needed them.
I have healed ever well and looking forward to going back for my next procedure.

Hi 2mouths ago I had my rhinoplasty with D Taygun and am here to leave a review.

I am very happy with all the experience since the beginning ( when the watsap talking started with info) until now 2mouths after my operation.

Medaway kept its word with all the services which was included in my package everything was organised and went smoothly.

After operation we were taken to a very nice hotel ( different hotel from the expected but equally nice).
Inthe hotel we were provided with a nurse ( spoke fluent english) who was coming to see me everyday to help me in my recovery. All medication were provided (but I would advise bringing stronger painkillers because they just give paracetamol and ibuprofen).

On my last day Medaway got me from the hotel took me to the hospital to see the doctor and after droop us at the airport.

I do recommend Medaway after my experience with them.
The stuff ( from doctor/ nurses
and all the organisers)were very polite friendly and always willing to help me.

This was my second time with medaway, my surgeon was Dr Salami. Omg, they were so welcoming and lovely. Really geniune and supportive for my needs and requirement. They were honest and straight forward, mu health was the number one priority and their aftercare was second to none- even after I arrived back to the UK 🇬🇧. I would recommend them over and over again. Medaway you've been truly amazing to me and I can't thank you enough. Keep up the good work ❤️❤️❤️

I recently went to Medaway for breast augmentation and uplift. Everything from the second I arrived in Istanbul airport was so perfect and smooth sailing, I felt so at ease the whole time and wasn’t even scared like I thought I would be because I just felt so safe there. I was looked after so well and my results are amazing. Dr Feryal has literally changed my life😭 as soon as I met her I just instantly trusted her with my life. She and the rest of the team made me feel so safe and well taken care of. And I have even been checked upon every now and then since leaving and have been provided with lots of aftercare help and advice. I have written a brilliant review about my experience with Medaway. It took ages as I put in so much detail. They were excellent and two months later are still looking after me and checking in. For some reason Trustpilot has taken my review down claiming it isn’t genuine. I have contacted these twa&ts and sent photos and I am waiting for an answer. I want the review put back. Medaway is so good I will be returning to have my old implants renewed in 2026

I am a UK resident and had my hair transplant at MedAway in Turkey last month. The whole time I spent there was a very pleasant experience.The hair transplant package included consultation, accomodation, transport, the procedure and post transplant care materials which I found very economic and convenient. Also, the doctor, nurses and other staff were very professional, kind and friendly and would address all of my concerns. The procedure went very well and I recovered without any issues. My new hairline looks good at the moment and I am looking forward to getting the complete result by the expected timeline. I would recommend anyone looking for a hair transplant choose MedAway. My whole experience from start to finish was good, dr Freyal was so good she explained everything and even tho I’m only 4 weeks PO I’m so happy with results so far! A lovely nurse came to the hotel every day I was there which is so reassuring. I couldn’t fault Medaway and would 100% recommend and will be returning for more treatment!

✨real review✨ Hi guys, I got a nose job in March, I’m 1 month post op now and want to share my experience. Personally I had the most amazing experience with medaway. The clinic was clean and gorgeous, the nurses were so kind and my surgeon was very helpful and did EXACTLY the nose I wanted!! Don’t worry if communication is abit slow on WhatsApp, the coordinators have quite a lot to do on the ground in the clinic but I got really good attention and care during my stay and the hotel was lush also! I got the nose of my dreams! Thank you to the lovely team at Medaway!

Much better than I expected.

Staff were extremely warm and the hospital was beautiful. I went for a rhinoplasty and to fix my breathing and I got exactly what I wanted and can breathe much better. I went on my own as a 20 year old woman and felt safe the whole time, staff went the extra mile to make me comfortable being alone.

Dr Taygun did an amazing job and couldn't thank him enough. Transport hotel and the massage was good too. Except I was very disappointed with the coordinators. It was stressful and draining. Inspite of showing evidence before I came for the surgery of what I wanted. Gokce and Sena threatened to cancel the surgery if I didn't agree to something I never agreed with Ugur and Zaynap. Thankfully I was able to get Dr Tayguns number online and told him everything unfortunately he couldn't do much because the coordinators are the ones who deal with the payments. Even though the surgery and surgeons was good my experience at the hospital was bad because of the coordinators. I tried calling the people I spoke to and they wouldn't answer and they changed their watsap pic to avoid communication. They also started saying they don't work there anymore because they didn't want to take any accountability for their mistakes on their poor communication. When I came in Oct on my last follow up appointment one of the Coordinators called Sena refused to give me painkiller when I could hardly stand. She said "I don't want to open a new painkiller tablet box that's why I can't give you" . I was shocked of unconcered she was. However when I asked Dr he gave it to me straight away. I told Dr if I had to do the surgery without the coordinators it would have been much better.
