TERRIBLE COMPANY

TERRIBLE COMPANY - THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, they have a very bad returns policy, even if you inform them before they send the unwanted goods.
I want to return their very overpriced pillow cover as it was ordered by mistake. THey were informed of the mistake within minutes of the order yet still went ahead. You can't return without their permission and they do not respond to emails. Awful customer service - if they weren't so bad I may have taken out a Mortgage to buy one of their pillows
