Everything went great. The pickup was on time. The communication was good and the driver was very friendly. I speak some spanish so that was helpful. But if you only speak english there might be a language barrier.

About 2-3 hours before the pick up time, I asked via Whatsapp if I could change the pickup time to an hour later. I was told it was ok. Later on I got a text from a driver saying he was arriving at the pick up spot at the original time. He told me no one told him about the new time and I would be assigned another driver. I texted via Whatsapp to confirm the new driver would be arriving. No response. Nothing. I panicked as we are traveling with 5 large suitcases and a cat and were taking an international flight. I booked an uber. The uber arrived on time. The new driver showed up shortly thereafter. I had to pay a fee to cancel the uber. Not a good experience.

The cars used for pick up and drop off at the airport were not luxury cars. The first one was fine but the 2nd one was old, dirty, and smelly. The AC didn't seem to work either. The driver of the second ride was pleasant enough. The first driver wasn't personable at all. I'd just take Uber next time.

We got in late due to customs being overwhelmed with two flights at once but we were told we'd be met inside. Instead, when we got there we were told to go outside a specific door and we waited a while before we figured out driver was not at the stated door but different one. We were exhausted and anxious to get to hotel and miscommunication made us get in even later.

Smooth and was up to date excpet its diffucult for non spanish speakers. Thank you.

Their website declares "If you need a pick up on short notice (next 3 hours), please contact us first to check availability. We don’t accept bookings after 6pm for a pick up that is before 7am the next day."
This is False, as we found out two weeks ago.
We booked the evening before for a 7 am pickup (knew we couldn't book for pre-7am). Got an email confirming the pickup, then saw the credit card charge occur. The next morning, the 7am time passed with us standing on the street corner, so I sent a whatsapp message only to be told that they required 24 hours notice, NOT WHAT THE BOOKING PAGE SAYS!
At the last moment I had to book a more expensive Uber.
They told me on the whatsapp that they would process a refund as they had already charged our card, didn't offer to cover the cost of the more expensive option we had to use, however, the refund is still not showing up.
The stress of having your car not arrive when you are heading to the airport for a flight cannot be over stated. It sets your whole travel day off very badly, when the whole point of using this service was to do just the opposite.
Exceedingly disappointed, they (auto)responded with emails after the booking saying they'd be there, they charged the card, but then they have no system to tell them they've taken a booking they can't fill, AND have incorrect deceptive info on the website. They seemingly cannot even do a simple refund, I'm going to have to file a dispute on my Credit Card now.

Friendly driver and waited for us after long immigration queue (3H). Car in good condition and communication from company was great

I ended up being in immigration for 2.5 hours and my driver was patient and in contact the whole time I was waiting. The moment I was done he was ready for pickup. This made a stressful part of the trip blend nicely into an easy transfer. Rest assured, when you reserve your pick up the driver will be there for you no matter how long immigration may take.

Driver arrived early and confirmed the night before. Comfortable car also.

Unfortunately I did not use Medellin Airport Transfer services due to another arrangement with a local Colombian driver. I try to support local people and businesses as much as possible, however, when I had to cancel the service MAT gave me no problems whatsoever and refunded my money instantly. That, to me, shows real integrity. I will DEFINITELY consider hiring Medellin Airport Transfer service on my next visit to Medellin.
