iPhone 15 ProMax never delivered. MediaMarkt does not support after payment is done
UPDATE 24/11: Dear MediaMarkt team. Thank you for your reply, however the issue had nothing to do with availability. The iPhone was available, was dispatched but lost somewhere and never delivered. MediaMarkt as other retailers do could have chosen to fix the issue by replacing the item while sorting what had happened internally with Aldo and Post. Instead, I am still waiting… which could be OK for a small value item, it is not acceptable when a customer pays CHF 1’519. Thank you for your consideration.
I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max that was never delivered. Once payment is made, MediaMarkt does not seem to take responsibility to fulfill the order. Customer Service very reactive and not able to provide support. In case of issues the customer is left alone to coordinate with SwissPost, Aldo (MediaMarkt supplier) and MediaMarkt Customer Supoort but still, not able to find any solution.

If this is the case, it is because we have not yet received any new goods or only a few goods from the supplier, unfortunately this is not unusual for a new iPhone and we as a retailer do not like this either, but we cannot influence the delivery dates.

Black Friday offer can be expensive!
To be clear, this review was meant for Mediamarkt Spain, not for Switzerland. How this mixup happened is still unclear to me. I can not change Switzerland into Spain, therefore this statement.
Mediamarkt Switzerland responded very quickly and offered a way out of this situation. My absolute compliments for the Customer Service of Switzerland.
I bought a laptop as a special black friday offer. The laptop is OK, but I was really angry to find out that 1 day later the same laptop was offered as a singles day offer for almost €50 less.
Two days after the black friday offer. They knew this and the willingly try to rip off their clients.
I found out the Dutch consumer organization has investigated these kind of practices of Mediamarkt and this case is not the only marketing trick they perform to make more profit and put their customers on the wrong leg.
Be carefull when you think you make use of a sales offering.

Long delivery time
The people at the store are very friendly and helpful. I can also say that the people at the call center are helpful and kind as well.
What i find extremely bad is the delivery time. I ordered a laptop which should arrive "in 7 working days". I am on the second week and i still havent received it and no one knows how to track my order

Nice and quick delivery, the only bad thing was the time frame that you have to wait for the delivery from 8am to 8pm is a bit much, it would be a lot better if you could give us an estimated time of arrival or at least am or pm slot instead of the all ALL DAY waiting for a delivery, not very nice
