I was extremely happy with the purchase of my 6 elastic medi stockings.(have been for decades). However the the medi butler purchased for $ 264.00 (less discount), along with my 6 pr. of elastic stockings was totally inappropriate for my compression stockings sz.6, it was far to big. Prior to the purchase of my stockings I emailed for information about the difference in the two medi butlers as the price difference was so huge. $93.50 & $264.00. The measurements given in the reply email didn't really help, so I went for the more expensive one. I should have been told that my ordered compression stockings sz6 are impossible to fit over the larger medi butler. However after having said all that I will continue to purchase medi compression stockings as they are the best on the market. I really mean that, been wearing them now for over 50 years and have tried others. Just not happy with the butler, totally unusable with my stockings . This time most expensive was not the best.

I received product no problem
I received product no problem. I was unable though to try it on until 3-4wks after needing to use it and had ensured to measure my neck circumference to avoid any issues with sizing. After trying it on and having it be no where near fitting (way too small) despite my measurements falling within the size guide, I immediately emailed Medi Australia only to be told that there is nothing they can do because it falls outside of the 2wk return policy. It is in perfect condition with all in tact packaging but of no use to my neck.

I have been using knee bands from 8…
I have been using knee bands from 8 years for my sports(cricket) due to ligament reconstruction. I used genumedi plus with straps now.. Frankly speaking it still comes down and doesn't stabilises on the knee..
I would say still a lot of work left to make it more robust. Having said that it is extremely useful for stabilisation during sports and hence using it from 8 years 🙂

Happy with my compression stockings
I bought the toe-less , knee high stockings. Length of foot was good - other brand I've purchased in the past were too short in the foot and uncomfortable underfoot. Compression of calf up to knee was just right. I've only tried one pair so far

I made errors in sizing and had to return items for exchange. They were wonderful about what was my mistake and have cheerfuly arranged an exchange. Very courteous to deal with. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Back Brace Sizing Issue
Received back brace which was way, way too large and not usable (we did measure). Immediately responded in May, now near the end of June and still no response. Like all company's there immediately for a sale, nowhere to be seen when the service is poor.
