Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I am still waiting for my test report, when the sample was collected 84 hrs ago. I'll die of the pain because if this company. Called up customer support 10 times nobody in picking up the call, it seems like more number of calls they are having so they are not even picking up one..let the customer die its not in their hand

Called up other customer support numbers, they tend to ask the concerned team to contact me and share report..that somehow hasnt happened yet

they are the worst. they cheat there customers and scam them. they just started a site shop.medibuddy.in which gives 50% off. which is completely fake.

Pathetic and very very unclear talk happens and extremely rude.

Medibuddy not deserve single star.
Fraud and cheat company.
Uneducated customer service and greviance team, ignore customer issues.
It my big mistake to choose medibuddy for health.
Not recommend this app for our health.
Don't use this platform for our health.

No responses to emails.
Believe it or not - tickets are closed without any replies.
Every new email subject line = new ticket. They directly close the ticket and you'll get an email stating "your query has been resolved. thanks for contacting us".
Once a ticket is closed no matter how many emails you reply you'll never get any responses.
Escalation requests are simply marked as closed tickets. No phone numbers. No other way to contact this company. I wish I could file a lawsuit on them for their third class services.

worst service. they collected blood and after 4 days, they said blood is spoiled as it was not properly stored. And said will collect blood sample again with 48 hours notice. followed up 4 times with 48-72 hours schedule, but no one has turned up so far. Pathetic service and do not believe in quality of their testing too, with such unprofessional team.

Like all other reviews, I am also a victim of medibuddy.
The insurance plan is subscribed by my company Cuemath but on claim you have to deal with them directly via a broker. My company has been very little help and they are harassing me by asking for more documents every time I send them what they previously asked. I've sent them all the documents that I got from the hospital but they always seem to ask more details, so I've to go the hospital again and again. I don't think still I'll be able to get the claim. It's been 4 months.

It s been 3 months no refund, such a worst company never trust them, they don't even have concern about patients, its a waste to contact them back.

They are not refunding the amount. Its already been two months. I keep calling them and they say they will refund. Is there any online complaint site so that we can bring this site down. As I can read the below reviews they are cheating so many customers

Worst experience , 3 Times the blood sample collection was scheduled but none came to collect . Dont even have the courtesy to call and confirm if they are coming to collect . Highly irresponsible and negligent company . Don’t go for any service .
They only know raising service request and rescheduling of the health check up , but no action after that . very dissapointed .
Worst medibuddy.

I strongly suggest don't go to this company for any medical help. There are many other companys who can do better service. I don't want explain my problem here because of it is lenghty. please don't waste your time, money and patience.

Unfortunately I cannot rate you less than a star..

Worst service I have ever seen. Don’t fall into its trap. Just take money and won’t deliver service. No responsible person. Just to take your money, I think this company has established.

Recently my 2 orders are cancelled by medibuddy itself but still didn't refund money In spite of repeated escalation by customer care.

It is face company and never trusted.Buy medicines on your risk.

My husband works for Accenture and he had taken a paid blood investigation for a treatment. I dint wanted to go out because of pandemic and affect my family. After a week of paying I got appointment and Lab technician was suppose to pickup samples from my home. He did not show up at all. For one week I was rescheduling appointment daily. I was just getting appointment time, but no one showed up or even had courtesy to call or talk about this situation. They did not even refund me. Pathetic staff, very very irresponsible. My doctor wanted to start my treatment and change the old medication. They are so irresponsible that they don't value others money and life. I don't understand why corporate companies affiliate with such pathetic companies. I hate to complain, but in this I couldn't stop myself. I went through lot of stress both emotionally and physically. I wish if there was negative starts or rating I would have given that to them.

Pathetic. No response on mail. No prescription after 72 hours. No one picks up call at customer care.
