Tried three times to contact this company to complain about the fact that the pads for the tens machine weren’t sticking. Eventually got an email telling me to press harder. Terrible service. I’ve bought other pads which are far superior and a lot cheaper. Don’t use these people

A superb bit of kit, provides constant relief following knee replacement surgery and avoids having to use ice packs in/out the freezer.

I could see no information for a single person using this item.
I purchased 2 of these LifeVac kits. One for myself and my husband and one for our daughter who lives on her own.
Instructions were very clear for a second person using the device on another but I did not see any reference to a person using it on their own.
I found this very disappointing as the whole point of buying a second LifeVac kit was to help my daughter if none else was there to help her.
