I'm glad to say that After a month of going in and out of Medicana and going through multiple surgeries, including a lobectomy. I can go back home with a calm mind. Everything went without a hitch thanks to the lovely Mrs Hande and her friends at the international division.

I had the absolute best experience with Medicana in Istanbul. I had a gastric sleeve done by Prof Dr Mehmet Karabulut. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. The pre-op process was so thorough, the expert guidance from Nidanur Alagaş Medicana’s world class dietitian, was and still is so reassuring and encouraging, the 5 star luxury facilities, the nursing team who are just fantastic, professional and kind and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The operation has been amazing successful, the changes in my heath are so much more than just weight loss. My blood pressure has returned to normal, sleep apnea has disappeared, mood has regulated, joints are no longer giving me pain. I am off all my medication, which for me is the biggest change and one of the best.

I can not recommend Medicana more highly, if you want the best money can buy, but at a cost you can afford, they are No1. Thank you guys 🥰

She had answered all of my Q’s, priced up the surgery and managed all the transfers & hotel bookings. Hafize did an amazing job as everything went smoothly from start to end.
At the hospital I met Heda my translator she guided me to Dr Ayse & Sevcan, they explained everything and carried out the pre-op’s. Once the surgery was carried out Dr Ayse’s team managed my aftercare, I was well looked after by all the nurses on the ward. Dr Ayse & Sevcan checked up on me every day while in hospital. Heda was at hand daily for translating. My surgery went well, and aftercare was explained with all medications prescribed.
I can not thank them enough for their kindness, love & care.

Had top & bottom dentures made by Dr Ilhan Metin Dağsuyu..he was absolutely amazing..so professional & very good patient awareness skills..polite & compassionate. I’ve been going to Medicana for about a year now since I moved to Ankara. From my very first visit, I was met by an amazing interpreter (Saida Aweis) I owe her a big thank you. She was with the whole time, from the laboratory tests to the doctor’s office interpreting everything for me. Everytime I’ve had to come back, I always call her ahead of time to schedule an appointment and she always gets it done and send my results immediately. The staff were all polite. I was in and out of the hospital so quickly, not having to queue up for long. I highly recommend this place.

Mayan and her team at Medicana Hospital were phenomenal. They worked extra hard to get all of my planned procedures done in a timely manner. She was even able to add an extra one that I felt would help me. The facility was great and the doctors and staff were kind and professional

I had a very positive experience at Medicana International. The hospital is clean, modern, and well-organized. The doctors and nurses were professional and attentive. I would especially like to thank Zhazira Mukhambetkazina for her amazing support. She helped me with everything, always with kindness and patience, which made the whole process much easier. I recently travelled to Turkey for two surgical procedures, one of which was an ICL eye surgery. From the moment I arrived, the team looked after every detail. The airport transfers were smooth and well-organised, and the hospital complex itself was clean, modern and comfortable.

Hannah and Hafiza were outstanding — friendly, reassuring and always available to answer questions or arrange whatever I needed. All my appointments, tests and transfers were scheduled seamlessly, so I never had to worry about logistics.

When I felt unwell the day after surgery, they didn’t rush me back to the hotel. Instead, they kept me in the hospital for extra care, provided IV fluids, and made sure I was fully comfortable before I moved. That level of attention and flexibility really stood out.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. The process was smooth from start to finish, the care felt personal and professional, and I felt well supported the whole way through. I’m very happy with my decision and grateful to the entire team.

Good service and the place is very clean and well serviced. Dr. Atilla Yilmaz and his team were very professional and friendly, and although we dont speak turkish they provided translation service and it was very good and very professional.

Overall, a very good place. But might be a little expensive for some internationals.

Doctor Pediatric oncologist and hematologist prof. Mustafa Tezer kutluk, The staff of the oncology department on the 5th floor are excellent, friendly and caring, they are professionals. Especially nurses: Duigu, Elip and Ozqan.
My translator, katerina Zaseshvili Aqchin is the best.

Everything is great! The staff is kind, helpful but mostly important experts! My father was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal tumor. He got the chemotherapy and radiotherapy at the same time. We came here to follow the process and how it is going. They offer you transport from airport to the hotel and also for anywhere you want to go. They checked all his reports. We were at oncologist Nilay Şengül; highly recommended doctor!
Lastly, we are thankful for the translator guy Abduselam Mujezinovic, not just for helping with translation, but also he is very kind; does all the organization; most importantly he is here for his pacients!❤️
