I came from Albania to Turkey for my wife’s medical consultation and surgery at Medicana Ataşehir Hospital. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great warmth and professionalism. The translators, especially Edona and Aziz, were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive, making communication easy and comfortable for us.

I have been to Medicana Camlica in Istanbul. The hospital is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I was assisted with a translator who spoke excellent English and guided me through the whole process. Specialist was very professional, very considerate of my health and focused in providing the best treatment.

As I arrived at the hospital they have a staff /a lady very good at english provide assistance for my medical even very short period of time she manage to expedite my medical.The doctors are very good.The staff at radiology was very fast to accomodate.We manage early to finish the medical.except waiting time for the approval from the insurance.Thank you maam for the assistance rendered and hospitality.Iverall Job well done.

The experience we had in Medicana was special. We have been amazed by the care and hospitality we received from the team starting by the International patients care team Leader Mr Onur, his colleagues Serva and Saida.

As we applied to the hospital for kidney transplant we have been admitted to the hospital by Prof. Dr. Siren (Nephrologist) , her experience and care to the patient is unbelievable and her assistant Necla is fantastic. The surgery has been done by Dr. Ulas and we are thankful for him ( very lovely, positive energy person). At the end I would like to thank all the team of nurses in 9th floor starting by Irem the team leader, Huri, Cansu, Merve,Fatma and Songul, they have been very helpful. We shall not forget the cleaning team (Duygu,Şener & Fılız)which made our stay very pleasant and wonderful.

I recently had my treatment at Medicana Istanbul and I am very pleased with the overall experience. Dr. Ali was excellent professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the process. Fatma Zahra, the translator, was extremely kind and helpful, always making sure I understood everything clearly. Tugce from the sales and Marketing team guided me very well and supported me from start to finish.

Mrs Meral and Mr Kemal went above and beyond to take care of me from the moment I landed in Turkey until I left, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal. I highly recommend this hospital for the excellent care they provide.

Gastric bypass patient, as soon as we were checked in the process started promptly, all the nurses, translators and staff were so nice, my surgeon dr mehmet karabulut was so proffesional and made a point to visit me every morning before discharge, the staff are prompt to answer any issues regardless of language barrier or not ( british patient) they so far have kept very well in contact and dont forget to have a laugh aswell, they ensured i got home safe and was comfortable the entire time, and they dont skimp on the hotel either, absolutely beautiful.

I accompanied my daughter for a procedure and I was amazed by the Medicana Çamlıca hospital. The service was great and I thought to check my self as I have been suffering for 2 year with muscle skeletal pain especially back and shoulder. Then to my surprise I have had the best treatment in my life. From initial consultations to end review. Trust me I am a senior nurse in UK never have I experienced service where you have blood test , scan, and MRI and get the result straight away. The service with smile and the respect it’s out of this world. The Camlica Medicana team was absolutely incredible and nothing short of amazing. Our safety and security was always protected transport was arranged and even medication arranged. Within 3 day I had got my diagnoses and treatment as well. I couldn’t wish better service than what I got . Thank you from bottom of my heart I will tell my friends and family.

I had the premium plus package. I was having issues with my stomach and I got the full check up in this hospital. Without the support of the translator, I would have been stuck. They have been very supportable and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I go to the doctors and ultrasounds on time. Without the translator, I would not have got the answers that I wanted. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends and family as now I know what is going on with my health. I will be saving this hospital and I’ll be back for any future health check ups. They are very polite and friendly. Not once did I feel left in the dark.

Wonderful and the best of medical services you can get for Rhinoplasty and Plastic Surgery by Dr .Fatih dogan.We came from India to have a Rhinoplasty and the day we met Dr Fatih , he was very humble and explained us everything in detail.We had our Rhinoplasty done at Medicana Ataşehir and let me tell you the facilities are great and Post surgery we had been satisfied.However being from India there is a language problem but they have immensely talented translater .We were extremely helped by Mayan Agha for translation.Which helped in communication with doctors and follow ups there on .Overall very highly recommended Doctor .

I came to Medicana from New Zealand for a gastric bypass. We had a group of 7 people so sometimes our interpreters changed but they were awesome Zehra is my favorite she was always easy to talk to and made me feel secure. It can be scary going to another country for surgery but she was awesome. My favorite nurses Sila and Fatih weren't very talkative during the day but at night when things were quiet and I was missing my home they always took good care of me. There were times I was scared but having people like them with me was very comforting.

Medicana Hospital has good service, friendly staffs, and respectly as the best hospital 🙏👍💖
