In general, I am pleased with the attention and coverage of my medical needs. But I am encountering a problem with billing now that, frankly, is upsetting. After several dental procedures were pre-authorized with zero payment from my part, I am being billed for close to a $1,000 from the doctor´s office. An appeal made a week ago has met with silence.

I was very happy with my over all experience. They took their time to find the best plan for my over all needs. Went over my benefits in depth to make sure I understand everything about the benefits I was going to be receiving. Explained everything about each benefit in my plan and how everything in my plan works.
