My experience was great because of one person who was outstanding in her service to helping me get started with Medicare Advantage her name is Brittney Garcia. 5 star all day long.

Sarah Rose Burnett was so helpful, she didn’t rush me or get upset when I didn’t understand something, or when I asked a question and we had to go way back. She explained everything so well I almost understood everything. But you know, I’ll have to call back with a question, but that’s my fault, so give her an A plus!!!

Your licensed representative, was very courteous, professional, and very patient with me in going over all my needs for my plan and helped me find a doctor where I was recently seen. I was even told my plan came with a fitbit watch. It helps because I had wished to do more walking and don't have one. Overall, he did an awesome job.

Our agent, Angel, spent a lot with us, answered all of our questions. My only concern is that the process took a long time, over an hour. Seems there could be some streamlining done.

Humana is a great company

1. Your agents don't know that with UHC Brilinta (vital for patients of heart attacks) costs over $400.00 because your health plans do not allow the use of discount coupons.
2. They insist in telling me that Brilinta costs $47.00 when it doesn't because of item 1 above.
I have decided to switch to Humana to reduce the costs of my prescriptions.

I would have given a 0 rate if I could. Too much to type, needless to say, we still don't know if Danny has insurance as the calls were been cut off twice!!!!!! No one bothered to call back! Horrible!!!!
