Best Customer Service Experience
Sherri was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She was patient and understanding when I needed more time.
She communicated clearly and repeated information that I may have been confused about. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. This was a very long call and she showed a lot of patients throughout the process. I never at any point felt rushed.
I am confident that she did the research to get me the best payment that meets my needs. She knows her job and is definitely an asset to your company.
