Robert Taylor is a very knowledgeable Medicare Medigap insurance agent. It was refreshing having him explain exactly what Medicare gap insurance is all about. He listened to what I was looking for and promptly figured out what might work for me. He made a frustrating decision easy and I felt very comfortable trusting him. I usually find dealing with insurance agents and issues about as pleasant as having a root canal. Robert Taylor may have changed my outlook on the whole industry. I had run into what seemed like an insurmountable obstacle with getting part D coverage, and he promptly called me, put us on a conference call with Medicare...and.. like magic, I now have part D coverage. I do not know how he got past what I had found to be a stone wall, but I am pleasantly surprised...and extremely grateful.
