I'm new to Medicare my services started on 02/01/22, I called to get coverage for my meds. After almost an hour phone call with the representative going over my meds and telling her what pharmacy I used, she assured me that my pharmacy was covered under the plan she recommended come to find out my pharmacy was not a provider and therefore I was extremely displeased. I called Medicare and the next representative told me there was nothing she could do which I found out was not the case. My pharmacist helped me with a new plan that would fit my needs. Got a phone call from the new plan stating I had to have a good reason for switching. I explained to her and she was extremely helpful.

Resourceful and Reassuring, I came looking for information and found what I needed.

Finding a plan was easy. Thank you! But as soon as I entered my telephone number, I was overwhelmed with medical providers trying to get me to switch to their plan. I didn't appreciate how freely my phone number was made available.
I continue to receive multiple phone calls claiming they're calling from Sweet Idaho. I am convinced that many of the call centers are spoofing calls because I moved from Idaho. The calls start at around 8 AM and continue throughout the day. You are doing a disservice by being so free with the phone numbers provided to you.

I love that i don't have to leave the house, and being able to apply online.

I felt the instructions seemed to be somewhat confusing. I have been looking at the information with the mind set of getting the medical team(s) with not too much confusion. I would see pop up Icons that offered assistance however, my mind set then was "I am in it this far I might as well continue on."

I have a good feel for what I want to have both in doctors and dentists. However, the end result for myself is to have a good feel for the doctors and dentists who are local and in the Medicare system.

None of the plans are useful to anyone who needs extensive dental work! The max I see is a$2500 coverage. Not even close to the $17000 it costs for 3 or 4 implant AFTER UNITED HEALTHCARE PAYS THE 1ST $1000!
Also, a few months ago I got socked with an almost $600 for 2 visits to a neurologist for headaches! I didn't even get up on the table!
AND if I switch plans, I get denied because of preexisting conditions!?! It would be nice to be told that ahead of time!
Is it any wonder seniors don't go to doctors when they should!

I spent a lot of time comparing each insurance companies to see what would best fit me. It wasn’t user friendly too.
