Subscription was easy, with an excellent introductory offer. The content is the best that I know of for lovers of classical music. Some fascinating documentaries to supplement superb range of operas and concerts.

I love the selection of recordings and…
I love the selection of recordings and concerts, however i would love to see more options when searching for videos, ie if i wanted to see beethovens 5th symphony, and i type just that into the search bar, i still have some guess work to do on what ill be listening to (i listen more than i watch)
Which brings me to my next point, a phone app, where i can have my screen off while the video plays would be phenomenal, i opted for a year of subscription to see if these are the kind of developments youre planning on making, and supporting you in doing so.
In summary, amazing amount of material,
Needs work on organizing /search options
Needs an app!

Excellent content, terrible interface and poor functionality
While the product is very good on content, the interface and the software is primitive. You don’t have an App for Apple TV (which is disconcerting). The download feature barely works. It seems to allow for one or two videos, and then it just malfunctions. Very frustrating.

Amazing
Amazing! I just suscribed a week ago, I have already watched Aida and The Magic Flute operas and a documentary about the Berlin concert with Maestro Barenboim. Being an opera lover and living in a place where we don´t have operas, I can only attend to operas or recitals when I travel, so this is the best thing that happened to me in a long time. Thank you!

We try to provide as many subtitles as possible.
There are two ways to find out if a content has subtitles and in which languages:
1. At the bottom of each page, under the program, in the "Information" section, you will find the mention: Subtitle(s) available: FR, EN ect...
2. When playing a video, move your mouse over it and click on the Subtitles button (lower right section of the player) to see the subtitles available for this content.
If one or more videos do not contain english subtitles, please let us know the content concerned (by contacting us on the following link : https://medicitv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ) and we will forward your request to our acquisition manager.

It's a good site. But coverage is limited, lots decade's old recordings, very few concerts from many well known musicians. Needs more formal concert hall concerts rather than mostly festival concerts.

I began to sign on at my TV via ROKU. The instructions directed that I complete the process on line. I went to my desktop and completed registration. On my return to the ROKU connection the software failed to recognize my email address.

I cannot view videos in the internet, only thru Roku streamer. Error code 232011 appears on the screen. The screen shows a message "This Video is reserved for our subscribers"... well, I'm a subscriber.
