We bought our prescription through Medicines4pets because one of our very much loved Cats has Hyperthyroid problems. Vidalta is so expensive from our local vets and she needs two pills a day! I am thankful to Medicines4pets for setting up their mail order website. this is invaluable! Fast service and excellent packaging, labelling. I reccomend Medicines4pets for all my friends and family!

Easy order process, prices were good and I received the items very quickly.

Great company. They didn't have the product I ordered in stock and got in touch right away to ask if I wanted a refund (both by email and phone). I decided to wait until it was back in stock and the product turned up 3 days later. Well, you just can't argue with service like that. Oh and it was as great price too.

I ordered items over the value that would give me free delivery. 1 of my items was out of stock but they still gave me free delivery as part of their Customer Service. Communcation was very good and I was also credited to my account for that item very quickly.
Very pleased overall, would use them again.

Delivery is VERY fast and the prices are very competitive with other web pet medicines companies. When I have had to email, the response from M4P has been courteous, speedy and friendly. And they always mention my dog's name, awww...

Prices were very competitive which is why I ordered from here, and they were well packaged for the delivery. My only issue, and the reason I gave 3 stars and not higher, was with the James Wellbeloved crackerjack treats. The image showed Lamb and Rice in a yellow bag, but what was delivered was Lamb and Vegetable in a green bag - the product title didn't give any clues as to which variety was being ordered, and unless you know the ingredients list ou have no idea you're getting something different to the picture. Chances are if you order these treats you have a dog with stomach problems - and there are subtle differences between these two products. Luckily the dog they are intended for seems to be ok with them.

I was looking for items for my dog at a sensible price and I found your website.I won't be shopping anywhere else now.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company. When I ordered three Feliway refills they were just over £13 each (my vet charges 23.10). They arrived the very next day so the delivery as well as the price is first class!

I have been using another company for my dog medicine purchases for many years but their service has deteriorated recently so decided to look around. The price was competitive and the recent reviews were good so I decided to give them a go. I placed my order slap bang in the middle of peak Christmas time so didn't expect it until afetr Christmas.

My order arrived quickly and superbly packaged, I was actually suprised to see that it was my dogs medicine when I opened as I thought it was a present I had ordered from another company four days before.

I will be ordering again for prescription and non prescription items.

It's my first time using Medicines4pets and I have been very impressed. The site is user friendly, their prices reasonable and their delivery very fast. They are now in my list of favourites.

I have been using this company for a good few months now ,there products are good value for money, I can't find my dogs medication cheaper anywhere else ,the speed in which the order and perscription is processed is excellent,I tend to use the standard delivery and have always found that is sufficient .

So easy to order, order response very good and postage very fast. Its clear we have a company that works to a high standard in customer service skills, I can tell you it goes a long way.

First time used.... Site customer friendly & easy to navigate. Items cheaper than elsewhere. Free postage & delivered within 2 days of ordering. Securely wrapped package... What's not to like!

I paid extra for the first class postage, and it arrived quickly - within the time you'd expect it to, 2 days I think. Cheap, and everything was wrapped fine. Very good. Could offer free 1st class postage for 5 stars.

I ordered joint supplements (Cosequin DS) for my Golden Retriever. A lot cheaper than my vets practice charge and fast delivery. Brilliant!

My young dog needs Synoquin for her hip problem -but it cost me £70 for the first box from the vet. I paid £47 for the 2nd box including postage, from Medicines4pets - so I'm very pleased. I was anxious to be sure it was the same standard product so I rang the manufacturer before ordering - and yes, they supply the market through wholesalers, not direct to vets only - so I knew it was ok to buy from a UK website. I showed my vet the on-line price and asked if they would match it - and they couldn't - but he's ok with me buying it from M4Pets.
So - very, very pleased to get what I need at huge saving.
