Warning: Serious Concerns About Possible Delivery Fraud
I placed an order with this website, but I never received my package. The seller shipped it via FedEx, but the delivery information raises serious concerns.
According to FedEx tracking, the package was delivered and signed for by a person named K. Louhimo, whom I do not know.
When I tried to verify the delivery address on the FedEx website by entering my own address, the system indicated that the delivery address did not match the address provided by the seller. This raises serious questions about where my package was actually sent.
What is particularly concerning is that the package appears to have been delivered to another person in the same city, rather than to me at my delivery address.
I paid for my order but never received the goods I purchased. A tracking status showing “delivered” does not prove that the package was delivered to the actual customer.
This situation raises serious concerns about the seller's shipping practices and the possibility of fraudulent activity. I am demanding an explanation and a full refund.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and carefully consider these risks before placing an order with this website.
