Medigap360, with whom I have been for quite a few years has never disappointed me. They are always there when needed and give very serious advise to save you money and preserve your best interest. They facilitate the transfer from one to the other insurance when needed. In simple wors, they are very good and I highly recommend them.

Health Insurance is extremely important at this time; especially with retirement. So many choices, so many companies with information coming at you from all directions. You must find someone you trust who is patient, well informed and intimate with your health and needs. My Medigap 360 guru is this for me. In fact this is my second guru; my first one passed-away. I was scared I would be lost and alone. But, ta-da... along comes Rebecca and she won my trust quickly. She is diligent and responsive to my needs. Thank you!

I normally wouldn’t use anyone over the phone.
I am quite capable of doing all the leg work for changes myself but was not wanting to take the time.

I called Jack Adams about 3 years ago after being referred by a friend to inquire about supplemental Medicare insurance. Jack took his time explaining about the different programs and found one that was great for me. He calls me each year on my anniversary to make sure that I have the best plan available. I have called with questions and spoke with either Jack or his son Aubrey. They are genuinely caring and helpful. I have referred friends and encourage anyone looking for Medicare coverage to contact their office. They are amazing!

I’ve been on medicare since 2014. I was fortunate to have enrolled in a very good supplemental through Medigap360 at the time. Unfortunately we moved to Southern California and a retirement community two years ago and the premiums doubled. Once again, to the rescue comes Medigap360 who calmed me down and enrolled me in a plan with a lower premium. This year they enrolled me in an even better plan.

I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to their agents and their office staff who despite their busy schedules, have time to explain and go out of their way to assist in anyway they can.

We have worked with Medigap360 for several years now. Brad and Eddie are both knowledgeable and efficient caring human beings. They are a real pleasure to do business with and very trustworthy. Brad wrote up our first signing to a Medigap policy and just transferred us back to traditional Medicare with Medigap and a Part D policy from a trial run with an Advantage Plan. Brad and Eddie were both very detailed and stayed on top of the entire transition which required a great deal of work to complete. You only show 5 stars but a 10 star rating would better rate Medigap360, Brad and Eddie.

Both Chris and Jacob were very helpful in helping us figure out which plan we needed and expediting it through the one we chose, CIGNA. They are both excellent workers. We saved an awful lot of money changing from equitable insurance to CIGNA and also keeping the same plan F and all the coverage that goes with it. Thank you
