Great service as alway
Great service as alway. I had been using an item that had been discontinued and was given advice on what alternatives would work for me. Products and service are exceptional
Medik8 has given the results I was hoping for and more and because of it I have developed a solid skincare routine.
The products are exceptional and the Customer Service is spot on.
Liquid Peptide Advanced MP, Hydra B5 Intense, C Tetra Advanced and Crystal Retinal products are some of the products I use and i would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered crystal retinal 3. The delivery was perfect through my letterbox. For my big surprise it was so hard to take some cream out of the tube. I had to press the little pump a lot, I checked if there is a special turn around. Passed it to my partner for help. He had to squeeze it a lot until something comes out. Then we both had that feeling that the tube is not filled enough. I took a picture just in case to send it to you. My new tube of Retinal looks like it has been squeezed for weeks. I am not happy with the package and I hope the content is different subject.

Occasionally a small air pocket can form inside, preventing the serum from dispensing. We've sent you over an email with some tips on how to use it. Do reach out if you continue to have trouble.

I love Medik8 as a company as all there products are from a high quality. I know they are a premium priced but they do a rewards program that you get points for every purchase. These points turn into money value to spend within the company. Products are well wrapped in a well presented box. Highly recommend buying Medik8 skincare especially there retinal and creams.

I have been ordering Medik8 products since they started and was always so impressed with their customer service. In fact you will see posts on here of me singing their praises. I am unsure what has happened over the past 6 months but their customer service is now terrible! I don’t receive replies to emails, constantly having to chase up and nothing. Maybe time to try elsewhere!!
