Received water damaged book covered in dirt, pages sticking together
Today I received my order from Medimops, a Christmas gift for my mother in law. The book came damaged by water, with dried dirt on almost all the pages, and some of the pages were stuck together. Completely unusable. I don't understand how this was ever packaged and sent out. Unacceptable and now I have to find another gift.

Items not sent to my house
They have not sent the items to my house, which is what I paid for, but to a service point, where I had to collect it. Half an hour of my time wasted. And then they claimed that their courier is allowed to do that, although it is not in their T&Cs. Also very slow response to my e-mail, and my last e-mail hasn't been replied to at all. Arrogant staff.

Shady Experience
Ordered the package(MovieDVD Collection) on 11/02/2023, sent out on 11/03/2023, arrived without a tracking number and an unknown carried on 11/20/2023. So i received the package, that's great, however i had to filed a paypal dispute just to get them to send me a tracking number. But guess what? That tracking number was faked, so they gave me a fake tracking number just so i can closed the case. But again the package did show up, so if anyone is going to deal with medimops.de, just remember not to expect a real tracking number and just patiently wait for your package.

Don't use this comapany - they are not a serious company
I have had a number of parcels from Medimops - CD's. Each time the packing has an extremely poor quality and several times I have experienced that the CD covers were seriously damaged.
They dont have a cost free return system for the customer and with the prices of parcels it is too expensive to pay for that yourself.
Its not possible to get into contact with the company and Amazon. DE takes no responsibility for marketplace sellers. However bad the marketplace seller is Amazon DE takes them on board.
I can only say don't buy from them.

I Made an order on August for my birthday.I sent them screenshott of my order which was 54 euros and they DID NOT send me my money back until now, end of October.They constantly lie that they returned the money and i checked with my bank, of course they didn't.But they Will Receive a surprise soon! 1 month and no parcel
I honestly don't understand how is it possible to rate their service with 5 stars. I ordered one book, it's been a month, it hasn't arrived. When I first asked for a refund, they kindly asked me to wait 20 days. 20 days to send a book from Berlin to Vienna? Okay I'll wait but I already felt that it's not looking good. The second time I emailed them, they literally just copy-pasted the same reply message they sent me the first time. The 20-day limit has passed now so I emailed them the 3rd time, whatever happened with my book, I don't care, I could have just gone to the local bookstore really. I asked for my refund. And now they don't reply me back. I'm from the UK and seriously, if this happens in the UK, the customer service usually replies, they apologise and they automatically issue the refund. What's wrong with these guys? I paid for something I didn't get. Transfer my money back and continue your rubbish service.

Package never came
I purchased a textbook for a college class for my child. I ordered July 29th with a delivery window ending August 15th. I still haven't received the book and Medimops doesn't track orders despite high shipping fees. Seems like a scam to me. I purchased the textbook from a local supplier as it was needed for class. Stay away from this company.

Ive been scammed
This is my first time ever buying from medimops and it genuinely feels like i've been part of a scam, even thouh it was likely a mistake. I paid over 100 euros for a limited edition 5 mediabook 8 disc Hellraiser set and was sent a single hellraiser 1 dvd release worth 10 euros! Im in the process of trying to get refunded through amazon and dont see why i have to post back this rubbish. I'm very untrusting of this company now.

Got wrong item sent to me, and if I choose to refund I will pay for the shipping costs myself even though it wasn’t my fault. I’m just happy that I buyed something cheap and not something with a high value because of this.

Glad I found them
Glad I found them. I wanted to buy used books than be part of the consumerist culture. But you wouldn’t find used books at reasonable prices on Amazon for obvious reasons. They have built an algorithm to price used books at the same price as new. That’s when I came across medimops. And ordering used and new books through them ever since. A satisfied happy customer.

Overall really great!
Fast shipping, great stuff and good prices. I have ordered several movies from there because they are too expensive if you want to buy them brand new. But that is a great alternative. I would definitely recommend buying from there!
